Nice and fast delivery

Nice and fast delivery. One thing to improve would be the packaging that was way too large for the stuff. Perhaps that was no other alternative.

Not really low prices, bad service.

Not really low prices. I encountered fake discounts (raised prices before a campaign no netto price cut). Really bad service. I bought a bike which broke after a couple of months. I was refered to a local bike shop with no connection to Bikester. I was told to handout the money for the repair. then I may apply to get them back.

Everything fine until you have to deal with their customer service

Bought 2 bikes from bikester.se (same brand, different sizes). The first one was flawless, shipment on the slow side (the bike was stuck for 3 days in the shipping hub in Sweden for some reason). Second bike didn't go as smooth, shipment was faster... however once opened the box it was clear the bike was not "as new"... but instead repackaged (maybe a return or a demo product). And of course the bike has issues, the rear fender was bent (not sure if because of the transportation or else) causing it to vibrate when hitting the smallest bump on the road, and furthermore a "clunky" noise coming out from one of the pedals when bottomed out.

Contacted the customer service but they are lagging in responding, first response to my email came in 24 hours, however after sending the pictures and video of the problems I have listed above, I haven't heard from them for the last 36 hours.

I have asked if I can bring the bike to an official reseller for the brand and have the issues fixed by warranty, they couldn't reply to that.

Serious unrivaled 8, 52cm, Black matt

All in all satisfied so far, except one minor and one mayor thing, but let's start from the beginning.
It was easy to complete purchase online and delivery was on time. Prior to the delivery, I've received additional mail from bikester containing assembly instructions. Cardboard box containg bicycle was intact from the outside, bicycle and all parts including printed assembly instructions and required tools were perfectly packed. Removing bike from the package was simple and assembly did not take much time since all the steps were clear and easy to follow.
When the bike was assembled I noticed that the tires are not Schwalbe Big Ben (as stated on the website) - I got Schwalbe Big Apple. I can't say is this bad or good. In any case - it is not as stated on the website.
During the test run I adjusted brakes a bit and gear shifting (to match yellow lines). Everything with the bike is just perfect except the noise coming from the nexus hub when coasting downhill. NOTE: I couldn't paste link off video showing this problematic grinding noise (trustpilot limitation). Not shure should I be worried..
Summary: great bicycle for reasonable price. Big like to shimano nexus 8 when pedaling and shifting except the grinding noise while coasting.

I would wish that bikester used other…

I would wish that bikester used other modes of delivery instead of Sweden´s PostNord! This supplier is not acceptable they hold the goods in storage for days and days until they contact the client so id prefer to pay a little extra for DHL or something else more trustworthy.

I ordered two bicycles and everything…

I ordered two bicycles and everything was perfect regarding them. Easy to put them together and they are really great bikes. The only thing I was less happy with is the transportation. I thought they were supposed to be delivered to my home but I had to pick them up at two different post offices (one in Kristianstad and one in Åhus).

20 days and so far no bike…

20 days and so far the product have not arrived!
So if you are considering to buy here be prepared to wait.
Since I have not received the product i can not say about its quality and arrival state.
