Good price and service on Schwalbe tires
I got some Schwalbe gravel tires at a very good price (aided by a phone rep – sorry, forgot his name – who helped me secure the price when it was coming and going from my cart), and they were delivered quickly. BTD's large selection of tires gave me a lot of choice.

BTD - all around great source for all things cycling
BTD always has great sales, great service, free shipping on purchases of $50 or more, and prompt fulfillment and shipping. They answer the phone, are flexible, and truly appreciate your business. A time or two I was a day late taking advantage of a sales window, and they still honored the sales price. Returns are super easy with inexpensive shipping. They are just great!
