bike was stolen at 3:30 am, serious thieves not opportunists. Biketrac called me to tell me it was moving, called police, they called biketrac within 30 minutes my bike was safely back home. Worth every penny, very highly recommend.
Bought the bike second hand with the tracker already installed. Easily created a new account and transferred the asset to myself. When i have needed to call the team with queries they have really gone above and beyond in helping sort my issues. If you want not just an accurate tracker but a top class customer support experience then I would recommend these guys

when my bike got stolen they were unable to locate it , absolutely useless and a complete waste of money
The tracking device use 2G network sistem in UK but it is useless in the rest of Europe. Im on a trip to Europe an i expected my bike to be protected. I was very dissapointed to see that after leaving the UK the bike is intraceble. Talking with the support I found out that due to dissconection of 2g sistem in europe the bike will be unprotected. That was very frustrating and caused a complete change in my holiday.
My recomendation is to avoid at all cost.
