This company is terrible. I purchased a pair of shoes and riding kit. Paid for them and got an invoice. 1 minute later I received another updated invoice with a second d part of identical shoes added. I looked at my bank account and noticed a 2nd debit that they took without authorisation. I immediatly sent an email as there is no phone number informing them that this had not been ordered or approved. They did not respond until after the 3rd email. They apologised for the mistake but told me it was too late and I would have to pay the shipping to return. This was ridiculous as they admitted the mistake and then offered 10% off the 2nd pair of shoes. Off course I refused as I did not want 2 pairs. They refused to budge so now in the hands of a bank dispute terrible company to deal with. Ever again will I buy from this comany

All of my items received in the time they said it would also, the customer service chat team is really helpful. Ciao.

I was impressed and happy with my entire order process from communications packaging and delivery time about a week but expected for international shipping. Everything else was great.
