I bought a couple of HOPE RD40 carbon wheels with orange PRO5 hubs. Really nice looking wheels and came really quickly as well.
Even included a padded bag or each wheel.
Complete with orange valves, look great.
Quick response over the weekend to. question I had.

Needed a replacement 26 inch rear wheel to my specific requirements. The Wheel arrived in time for my biking holiday, and was exactly what I expected.

I order hope pro 5 + EX511 wheelset. It was perfect!! If you can wait, I would say its 101% worth it. Otherwise, if you need the wheelset within a week then dont order here, as it took 3 weeks and 2 days before I receive my wheelset. I didnt know that its going to be tubeless ready, as in taped already, with hope valves. Wow. Amazing experience! Thanks Russell Crowe.

Ordered a set of made to order Hope Tech4 E4 brakes with rotors over the bank holiday weekend. They needed to be shipped from Hope to BWD then on to me. They arrived on the Thursday even though the Monday was a bank holiday. Very happy, thank you

Fantastic wheels! I bought a pair of hand built DT Swiss FR541 rims with Hope hubs and Sapim Race spokes, the quality of the build was amazing, perfectly true with super accurate spoke tensions.

Bought through their eBay store twice.

First time I bought the wheels came in the advertised timeframe, they were not perfect true laterally and the spoke tensions were not even, but they were the cheapest and only took me 30 minutes or so to sort them out. Not ideal if you are unfamiliar with building/trying wheels and don't have a spoke tension meter. They do arrive well packaged.

Second time was a much worse experience.

Advertised delivery timeframe on the listing was 5 working days.

5 working days goes past and I hear nothing, I email them asking if they would be sent soon and I'm told they would be dispatched "early next week" another week goes by and still nothing.

I then messaged the seller again who tells me to cancel the order and the wheels will go to someone else in the queue. No apologies, no explanation as to why it has taken so long and why they did not dispatch when they claimed they would. Order cancelled. Somewhat blunt and rude messages from the seller.

I saw this company online and was not sure as there was little to no current reviews of them.
I got in touch with Russell over the phone and he was very knowledgeable about all wheels. I decided to get hand built wheels on bronze hope hubs. Just over a week later I had very well built wheelset, they were tubeless ready and had different stickers for the rims so you can swap colours. The wheels were very well packaged up. Don't be in doubt, fantastic product and I would buy again. Going to ride now and see how they ping.

Bought a set of hope pro 5s on Dt Swiss ex511 rims and they're awesome, they came within 10 days of order and have thrashed them on 6 rides so far and still perfectly true, also a bonus they came tubeless ready so only had to put a tyre on with sealant and they were set, would definitely recommend bike wheels direct

Excellent I ordered wrong hub, and they even warned be via email which I missed. Exchanged my wheel foc. Brilliant service and friendly reception on the phone.

Recently Ordered full hope brake setup but wasn’t sure which adaptor was needed for the rotors and the manufacturer of my bike.
Russell got in touch within a couple of hours and researched exactly what was needed to complete my build !
