I’m sorry to do this but it is not …

I’m sorry to do this but it is not acceptable to lie to the customer in such manner.
They have a 24h dispatch policy and all the parts that I ordered were meeting the criteria. Then after 3 days I wanted a status, they informed me that they were waiting for parts from the supplier. Same day I checked again and added one more part to the order. I was informed that the order will be done by latest next day. Today I reached to them again and first time I was put on hold and after 10 min they closed the chat without any answer. I started a new chat with the same subject and this time I was informed that the part ordered last needed to arrive to them.
Very bad experience and!!!

Does it make sense to rate this …

Does it make sense to rate this purchase of a set of brakepads 4, as this means decent treatment and very little friction. ... Well, they work fine.

Expect to receive other brands of which you ordered.....

I have been a client for this company out of necessity, for the past 3+ years, but with almost every order It either got delayed or most importantly, DID NOT send the right item.
Every time I placed an order with the series number of the item from the catalog parts, I expect to get that item, the original.
NO, they send me every time a brand called STARK in place, for the same old reason that they did not had the other one on stock ( even tho on the website says it is). And they praise that STARK item because its always more expensive that the one I have ordered and it's a very high quality. Why send a more expensive item in place of the one I ordered (not that I have to pay extra)? And why is STARK always the answer to all parts I order ?

I HAVE BEEN RENTING A CAR FOR 5.5 WEEKS NOW. THATS OVER 10.000KR AND THEY DONT CARE AT ALL.

Scammers.

Received a broken condenser which I reported immediately.
I had to send it back to Germany but 6 weeks has gone and nothing has happened.
DO NOT SHOP AT BILDELESHOP.DK

1. Another day without a solution.
2. The madness will never end.
The company has informed me that they have received the condenser and offer a refound or to send a new part.
I accepted the new part and now they have sent me an invoice that i have to pay the full amount?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After 4 mounths a finaly received a new part... :-(((((

Ordered a "Helt ny"(brand new) …

Ordered a "Helt ny"(brand new) common-rail pump, but received a "Remanufactured in Czech Republic".
Half the support staff insist that it is a new part and half the support staff insist that they never sold me a new one. -Very confusing.
Had to withdraw my payment.

Wrong model data in database

First I receive the wrong parts due to wrong model data in their database. I checked with competitors to see if I made a mistake, but they had correct data on my model. Ok that can happen, but afterwards they deducted my credit for shipment and refuse to pay me back the full amount because as they say "I have already used the shipment".

I give 1 star becouse I dont have the option to give 0 stars. They use ups to deliver the items, and ups didnt deliver my item on time. An other reason is that they say that the item will be sent in 24 hours witch is a lie.

Slow

It took a week (Thursday - Thursday) for me to receive my parts, should have been 3 days.
it was not until the 3rd busy day, after i had sent an email asking to why my part had not been shipped yet, that they got around to sending it.
