Scam Company , dont use it
Update: After my review, they sent me an SMS stating they tried to call me twice, but I didn’t answer, and asked me to call 069617021 (a closed number). They are trying to protect themselves from an ARN
I paid for roadside assistance insurance in case my car broke down. When it did, the company claimed I wasn’t registered in their system and told me to try again due to a technical issue. I waited six hours, but the problem persisted. I had to tow my car myself and pay for parking for four days. Each time I called, I got the same excuse. After three days, they instructed me to call different numbers. They also repeatedly said, “We’re sending a tow truck, but we might charge you because we can’t confirm your eligibility.” I told them, “Check my insurance first, then send the truck—it’s simple.” Frustrated, I finally said to the representative, “Just admit it’s a scam; it’ll save us both time.” She laughed and said, “Good luck.”
