We had our washer and dryer carried in…
We had our washer and dryer carried in the apartment and installed. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently.
When we called support about stacking our units they offered us a free stacking rack which was great.

I ordered a countertop dishwasher. The customer service called me and said the delivery would be delayed but he also offered to send a more expensive machine for the same price. I accepted the offer and they delivered it the next day, and also carried it to my apartment without extra charge.

Goods are postponed indefinitely
Goods are postponed indefinitely, Placed an order in November with delivery date in early December to this date still not received the item and I get further delay this time is middle of April

Terrible experience: after accepting a product from other brand (specifically a fridge/freezer) the delivery never arrived on the desired day. Two people were waiting a whole Sunday for the delivery to come. It never arrived.
Sunday a guy in customer service took notes and promised someone will call Monday early. Monday noon no one has called and I decide to call.
The customer service guy re-schedules delivery for Wednesday (when I am working and not home, and under the condition that I take the risk of getting the fridge stolen from my building entrance). Of course doing a home delivery to the appartment door of someone who lives alone and cannot carry a fridge (after having a client waiting a whole Sunday) was not an option at all, too much effort.
Finally Wednesday the delivery man calls saying he cannot deliver if nobody is there to take it, and that if nobody is there he would go back with it to their store.
Client just leaves his office (luckily close by) to come and take the fridge.
When the delivery guy arrives (he is not supposed to carry it up to the 3rd floor unless you pay extra) I ask if I can borrow his carriage for 5 min to put it in the lift and from the lift to my appartment, which would take 5 min. ANSWER IS OF COURSE NOT.
Never ever again buy something else from them.

It is unfortunate that the delivery did not happen as planned.
You paid for delivery to the curb and not for carry in, and our delivery people can have a tight schedule, which is why the cannot wait for you to carry in the product with their equipment.
In this regard, you would have to book the delivery with carry in, so the delievery person would have the time to assist with this.
