Good service, always on time

Everything has always been on time and the service has been pleasant. Just would appreciate to know in advance if some items have gone out of stock upon packing. It would be helpful for me so I could adjust my plans in time, but other than this, I have been happy with the service every time.

When we pack your BilkaToGo order, the products are taken directly from the store’s inventory - the very same shelves that our customers shop from. That comes with the risk of items getting sold out, especially when there’s a particularly good ongoing deal.

It’s of course a shame when this happens, but we always have to make certain reservations for sold out products.

We’re already looking forward to your next visit.

Happy to hear back

Happy to hear back. My analysis was for two years of weekly purchases from the Odense warehouse.
really I always waited to leave every comment because I didn't want to leave a negative one, but the last time I opened the page to buy, my favorites were reset (two years of selection) and in their place there was a smiling face with wrote "leave your review," so I wrote it and went shopping at the neighborhood supermarket.

Bad Customer Service

I thought it would be a great idea, but no. There was a huge queue the goods were damaged and in one case the wrong item was provided. I wrote to complain. After 4 days they have still not replied to me. I won't be using this service again.

It is now a week since I placed my order, and all I have received is the useless response below, as if it is somehow my issue that they are busy and can't answer their emails.

Even though there is limited number of orders allotted to each timeslot, the will be times throughout the day where more people want to collect, and consequently lines may form at the pick-up area and slightly longer wait may occur.
Having said that, we sincerely apologize for the fact that you’ve received damaged and incorrect products in your order, that is obviously no okay.

We are happy to hear that you have contacted our colleagues in customer service in order to find a solution to this issue. Unfortunately, they are extraordinarily busy at the moment, so their response times are currently a little longer than usual.

We are very interested in taking a closer look at your case, so that we can get to the bottom of the issue. In order to investigate the issue we require some more information such as order number, and which warehouse you picked up your order at, which is why we have contacted you via Trustpilot.

Thw site Could be available in english language. There are many people who shop in Bilka that only speak English.

Really ugly interface

Why mess with the app? At any rate, that's one thing we can grumble about but I'm here to review the service. I've recommended this to Horsens Kommune's Ældre og Handicappede Department based on my and my home help provider's experience because it saves time. Always open delivery slots, greener plastic bags available for a low cost or you can bring your own.
The only negative is that the search function on both the app and the homepage is very clumsy. You have to keep using the back arrow instead of being able to begin a new search right away. Also.. *REALLY* ugly interface. BilkaToGo Horsens

Rotten products, poor replacements

The concept is good, but execution is not that great.
Operationally it is fine, booking is done, you get SMS, come and pick your order. Great solution in times of Corona. However:
1. Many rotten products are smuggled that way, so Bilka can get rid of products that regular customer would not pick from the shelf. We had 2 purchases via BilkaToGo in last month and we got 2 rotten mangos, bunch of rotten avocados, rotten red bell pepper, milk with date of expiry same day, meat with one day till expired.
2. Main product that we ordered, the item which is always on stock - pork - wasn't available, which we learned only when shopping was packed in the car. We came home just to receive tilbudsavis for next week (which was starting in couple of hours) with promotion for that pork. Poor customer service. I'm sure that the pork was already delivered to the shop, could have been added to my shopping and actually BTG would even make money on that sale.
3. Replacement items: if item (available at the moment of purchase) is sold out at the moment of delivery (why not reserved?) it is replaced by something else. There are no standards of how products are replaced, client is not being informed, it's up to the Bilka's shopper poor choice. We ordered regular bondebrød (219 kcal per 100g) and since it was sold out we got sweet Pågan bread of 266 kcal per 100g! I can't imagine how does it feel for people with food allergies.
4. When ordering vegetables and fruit, set with the price per piece, you will get the smallest piece in the bunch chosen by Bilka staff.
5. Avalanche of plastic bags! Why not use paper bags, used cartons, etc. Delivery of many items to Bilka is in boxes, why not reuse them? Plastic bags are marked that they are 80% recycleable, sbut last 20%is not! Each piece of vegetable is wrapped in additional plastic bag. Also the fact that items are packed loosely, so you get twice as many bags than needed. Even if you order 6 bottles of wine, that are originally packed in cartoon box, Bilka staff will take it out of the box and put it in 3 plastic bags. Shame.

I don't think I'll use that service again.

Hidden info about uncompleted order

When the order is uncompleted, then both the SMS and the subject of the emails should clearly indicate that... This info (about uncompleted order) should not be far down in the invoice, and it should of course be mentioned in the SMS.
Don't expect to see me again before this is fixed.

Vi er først lige begyndt med SMS'er forleden, hvorfor det selvfølgelig ikke er perfekt oprettet endnu. Konceptet har altid kørt over mail, hvor man kan se hvis en vare er meldt udsolgt.

Vi tager naturligvis dit ønske med videre.

Unfortunately it was a very BAD…

Unfortunately it was a very BAD experience..

We made a big list hoped to save some time, but it ended up to be time consuming + what is even worse the products did not match after all.

We would accept that there was a human mistake so we did not get all the products at the first attempt- unfortunately I did not check it when picking up so I needed to drive back after my wife informer me we are missing at least 2 bags of items. So driving back informing that we miss a lot of items. Suddenly they found two bags which were ours. This could be acceptable, even though with this kind of service it’s just too bad as a first time experience.

What made it totally bad is the fact that after two days we figured out that we are still missing some of the items - that feeling when you want to make a breakfast with an item you chose but it’s simply not there. So we went through the list and figured out there are couple of item missing.

After this I would never use this service again simply because it’s not reliable and that make it even more time consuming (making a list online, picking up the items and then if I need to check every item and compare them with the shopping list that’s too bad).

With the service like this the reliability and punctionality should be the number one priority of the provider.

We do have a system that makes sure that the order cannot be completed unless all items are either packed or marked as out of stock.

If you do find that a product is missing and that it is not marked as out of stock, this will be due to a human mistake. Of course this should not happen, but since we are humans, mistakes can unfortunately happen.

If this happens to you, we wish that you please contact our customer service. This way we can solve the issue either by packing the missing items for you or giving you back your money. So if you have not done this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

I apologize for the incovenience.

Ubemærket og dårlig kundeservice - Yesterday I ordered 25 things, of which around 13 where not included. It then took 25 minutes to identify with the girl at the pick up along with another 4 phone calls to customer service (kundeservice) so that I could get my money back which took another 30+ minutes. Kundeservice is terrible, and they have misunderstood that when missing half (ca 50%) of your order versus 1-2 items is not the same thing. Not willing to get someone to call me then next day as I would like to make a complaint is also disappointing. I have been credited back the money back I believe, but I have not received a credit invoice to see what this is made up of - which would be standard from any other company. I have not received any other compensation. If you can understand when you have small kids and you want something you would believe to be more convenient, and when it becomes less than and makes you late home, without items to cook with, and disappointed and then angry, I think that something a little more than "we credit the money back - what more to do you want?" would be a little more applicable/acceptable. Another thing that also surprised me, when I said some items were missing, almost straight away the girl at the pick up told me that it was not possible for her to do anything, and that I had to call kundeservice.

They are always shot on meat, stock inventory does not exist

They are always shot on meat. We have tried to order the same meet 4 times and every time it is sold out. This is not rocket science. Page one on stock inventory. Only sell what you have on stock.

So until Bilka gets the kindergarten stuff fixed for running a webshop it cannot be recommended.

Taj for nedestående svar som jo ikke giver nogen mening. Vi bestiller vare mindst 18 timer før. Det er jo rigelig tid til at tage de vare fra som er solgt på web siden. Jeg har desværre svært ved at se at man kan regne forkert 4 gange i træk. Den første gang fik vi endda lagt en ny ordre ind men da vi skulle hente disse var der igen udsolgt!

Som jeg ser det er det for nemt for jer blot at lave udsolgt og ikke tage penge for varene end det er at sikre at jeres logistik fungere.

En alm webshop ville være død efter den første måned hvis den lavede ligende trick.

Måske man skulle sendes jeres feedback til Per Bang.

The worst part is that when you then complain they just reply... "your answer is very important to us"... well, they do what the can to get rid of their customers.

Fast, practical and user friendly

It's a great service! Fast, practical and user friendly.

However, and the reason why I am not giving 5 stars is the amount of plastic bags used for each customer. Since we live at a time where plastic is one of our society's big concerns, I cannot understand how Bilka can even think about using one plastic bag for every single vegetable (and I am not exaggerating). In one weekly purchase, I receive more plastic bags in my house than the amount of plastic bags I use myself for an entire year - I dare writting. And this is, why I don't use the service every week.

Apart from that, the service is great and it would be a great help if we could afford to receive so much plastic every week at our house.
