Will not buy from Billabong again
On my trip to California I ordered a couple of items from Billabong on Sunday night and paid 20 dollars extra for 2 day shipping to make sure that the package will reach on time before I'm leaving. Now it's Thursday and the order still has not been processed. I have been patient, but today I called into customer service again, and the supervisor who was supposed to help was rude and raised her voice at me on the phone.
I will definitely not be ordering from this company ever again. It's a shame they also hire people to be "supervisors" who behave that way. Her name was either Val or Zel.
Billabong is untrustworthy when it comes to their processing and shipping times. I would not recommend them.
E-Voucher on-line purchase
I tried to order an E-Voucher on-line and after completing the information was told it could not be delivered! I used their on-line form for assistance and clearly it was an AI chat box that replied to me in French!! I tried again requesting assistance and asked for a response from a human being and that it be in English and again got a reply in French! Absolutely useless and I will never try and order anything from Billabong on-line again.
Took 2 weeks to ship, with zero communication and ignored multiple support requests
I ordered a rash vest from billabong, which publicises that items will be dispatched within 48 hours. 2 weeks later, after I had emailed support multiple times, including once to request a cancellation, they sent me a notification that my parcel had been shipped. Now I'll have to fight for a return and refund.
In the meantime, I ordered the same item from Amazon and got it within 24 :(
I ordered several items from Billabong and Quicksilver
I ordered several items from Quicksilver/Billabong online. All my orders had to come to the UK. It turns out returns are not free.
All my orders came separately despite the fact that some could have been bundled together. As per their returns policy, I have to return them all separately. EACH return costs £5. What a total ripoff. I have 4 parcels, so it is costing me £20 in returns for unwanted items. Now it turns out that as a 'member' (signing up to emails) all these returns would have been free, which sadly is too late for me as you cannot sign up retrospectively. So it is possible for the company to waive the postage costs. But only to the ones who want to get emails. Unbelievable. Unprofessional is a term that is still too good for this kind of behaviour.
Woeful Furnace Natural 4/3 wetsuit and customer service…
Bought a Furnace Natural 4/3 wetsuit last summer and after about 10 sessions in the UK winter the cuffs are fraying and taped seams coming away. Worst quality wetsuit I've bought in 35 years of surfing and the customer service is just pathetic. A month to get an automated response telling me to contact them via Quiksilver! It was against my better judgement to buy a Billabong wetsuit and I should've stuck to my instinct

I never thought I had to wait so long for a refund or a reply.
I have purchased so many times from billabong and never had an issue with a refund or reply.
I will probably stop purchasing from billabong if that's the case now.

Don’t order EVER from billanbong. I tried to reach the customer service, but every time I get a chat bot. I have a retour form almost 350€ what I need to get back and I didn’t received anything. It’s already 4 weeks ago that I send the retourx it’s a disaster.. I can’t reach them, there isn’t a customer service for the Netherlands, it’s terrible

Never order expedited...Blatently false advertise shipping times. I ordered with next day delivery. There was no indication about processing times.
I was leaving for a trip on 2/9 and needed it fast so I paid the extra money and ordered it on 2/1. Now, it won't be delivered until 2/11 even though their customer service assured me it would be delivered no later than 2/5

Orders getting cancelled
Disappointed. Put in an order and after a week it got cancelled as the item wasn't available... Frustrating as they shouldn't advertise it if they don't have it.
More annoying though was that he following day it was in stock again so ordered once more and then guess what... A week later they cancelled it again!
Just an update... I'm now onto my fourth order for the same item... I'll update to whether it gets cancelled again... Billabong... Perhaps rather than responding to say feedback helps you, review my details and ensure I get my order
Hopeless company
Emails ignored after incorrect size sent
They sent me the incorrect size. I didn't want to return for a refund and reorder as the wetsuit is now £90 more. I have emailed numerous times and asked how I should proceed to get the size I ordered, since it was their mistake. My emails are just ignored. Terrible customer service. Do not attempt to order from this company otherwise you'll lose your money!
Two bad experiences
Two bad experiences. I love billabong clothes. Bought a jacket in France. Returned it the next day to the store as it was too small. I never received the refun in my bank account. Spent months over email (only way to contact them) and phoning the french store (I live in Scotland) to try and get my refund and eventually they closed the account saying they had reimbursed me, which they hadn't....
Bought a sweater for my husband's Christmas this year. Had a hole in it so I had to contact them before sending back so I can receive a refund. I'm still waiting to hear back. I know there has bern bank holidays but I am not hopeful after my last experience:(
Literally horrible
Literally horrible, I order many things online but billabong is honestly the worse. I order board shorts which were about $90 Aud on the 22nd of November and was meant to receive them 5-7 business days later it’s now the 7th of December. I’ve downloaded 3 tracking apps for my package and they all say different things, I know some people are aware of the Shop tracking app and that says it hasn’t even been processed yet. I’m disgusted by this billabong get your shit together.

No delivery were made and they claimed they attempted delivery. Email their support and they push me to contact the delivery company and later ignored me totally.

Over a year – still no product, no refund
I placed order #210157151 with Billabong over a year ago, and I have still not received the product or a refund.
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. Their representative promised on July 17, 2024, that the issue would be resolved—but now, weeks later, it’s gone completely silent again.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s starting to feel like fraud.
I’ve filed complaints with Swedish and EU consumer protection agencies and am preparing legal action. Be warned: if something goes wrong with your order, you may be left with no support and no resolution.

Do not order from Billabong online. They never refund you for returned items. Amazing how they can run a business with such poor customer service. A total scam!
Shipping times and processing times are horrible
Shipping times are horrible. It takes well over 3 business days to even get the item shipped and paying 10 dollars for usps shipping then after item has been shipped is so bad because it takes even longer. And end up not receiving the product for like 2 weeks. I will no longer be ordering from this company because of their poor shipping and wait times.

Never received a confirmation email for my items, when they arrived they didn’t fit; so I wanted to send them back to get a full refund. Obviously I had no order number, so couldn’t start a return. I have emailed customer services numerous times and have not got anywhere. Absolutely appalling! Will never be buying from them again!

Ordered a shirt and got something else. Sent a mail and got a track and trace code back of the article l did not order. Very long story short : Never got what l ordered or my money back and the customer service is a disgrace! Doesn't the CEO read the review's ??
