Billi taps have been onsite since June 2024. From the initial planning stages to the instalment and the one call out regarding a gas valve issue, the communication and quick response throughout have been fantastic. We receive weekly updates and Laura with her team of engineers are always available to answer any queries.

I work with Billi on a regular basis, they maintain 41 Billi Taps for me on our site. In the past 18 months that personally have been dealing with them I have always found that they are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Laura is the kingpin with whom I deal with directly to arrange repairs, servicing etc, communication is always fast and issues resolved very quickly.
I have had dealings with a few of their engineers mainly Dan & Lee, both of whom are very professional, knowledgeable and are great ambassadors for the company

Quick and professional visit from Brad. Had a Billi Quadra tap with an internal leak - a minor part failed. Brad arrived, and 30mins later it was all up and running. When I asked what the issue was he explained in a patient, clear and concise way. Thank you.

After the turmoil of separating from Waterlogic, Billi UK is getting better responding to calls for breakages.
After we had end a contract , Rey was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Overall, great service now.

Josh was great; very informative, friendly and helpful. He also helped us get booked in for a pump replacement during the service.
The mark down is for the length of time customer services takes to respond, book an engineer and to reply as to why service visits were simply no-shows without communication.
