Ordered from here twice now. The first time I ordered 3 frames and when delivered one was smashed. I messaged them on insta, TikTok and also emailed them getting no response. I then decided to order a second piece with a frame to replace my broken one and when delivered this frame was also broken. I emailed again and still have no response
I have ordered from Billie’s Inks in the past and been extremely happy, so didn’t hesitate to order again when I saw something my daughter would love for her birthday. I was short on time to get it for my daughter’s birthday, but after contacting Billie’s Inks they said they would make sure it arrived in time. Unfortunately, I had a problem that was no fault of Billie’s Inks (courier issue) and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The service and products from Billie’s Inks are great and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
