I found delivery time very long but I am happy with product. There light and very comfy and warm. My first time with this closing technic. Time will tell if it is reliable/durable.

Deliveries from here are allowed to be redirected to any random pick-up location for frivolous reasons. Customer service is your rather typical skandi affair, very little power to do anything - so through the end of it all you're more likely to end up being the problem. This is always "nice" when you're the one giving them your money.
Sorry guys, you need to do better. Buying stuff online is a click away from someone more competent, and you guys are not it. Try offering other shippers besides Postnord for starters.

On rare occasions, the parcel box or parcel shop is not available or full, and the parcel gets delivered to closes possible place. This is not ideal, and I understand that extra travel time to pick up an parcel is frustrating extra time as a customer.
Customer service is always ready to help, and can also help with moving the parcel again, if the wanted delivery place is available.

Domestic shipping was very quick especially considering the time of year (Christmas period). They were sent to a pick up point which was disappointing because I paid for home delivery to my hotel, so keep that in mind when choosing delivery options.
