They are Cheater
I bought a ticket trough this Company, unfortunately it was the only choice, when I traveled with Flixbus. I received the ticket after having filled out all the requirement, providing my bank accounts for withdrawing the money needed.
After having traveled with Flixbus without any problem, I received an email from Bill pay, saying I had not paid the amount and that I had now to pay more.
They got on with further emails since I refused to pay the penalty. They claimed I did not read the emails they sent me after the Travel and, after a deeper check they were right. Those were the only emails ( and they sent me a lot ) ending up in the spam folders. However they claimed they were not able to withdrawn the money from my bank account, couse the request was denied, but since I have got a pre-paid card any request is needed. Be aware! they are cheater, just that! Avoid that payment system or you are ending up to spend a lot more in any case!
