Ordered a box model by mistake

Ordered a box by mistake then 10 minutes later that i wanted to cancel or change my order no phone number nor email or even less customer service to respond until days later then they told.me that its too late to cancel ..... and to return it from Canada it's 1300$
Minus 30% PLUS TAXES that this crappy greedy and careless company imposes to it's clients , so PEOPLE BE CAREFUL AND GO ELSEWHERE THAN THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY !!!!!!

Customer Service Non Existent

Edit: looks like the issue was a wrong email address bring used to send emails but not receiving incoming. Suggested the team to advertise the correct email in correspondence and I am now a happy customer.

The product is great but there is 0 customer service. Multiple emails sent. Multiple tickets opened. No response. I feel lucky I actually received a product as I have never experienced such dismal service for a high quality product.

The watch winder was broken and no replacement was provided

Hello! I’ve made an online order and just now got my delivery am I’m very disappointed! Because the watch winder came broken and doesn’t work properly. For the money I’ve payed it’s super low service. I have texted to the support and it’s already more than 5 days and nothing has been solved!

Damaged Product delivered.

Damaged Product delivered.

I bought this for my brother’s birthday as we are watch collectors. The product came damaged from the inside. The velvet was off in some places. There were glue stains all over, the metal latches inside were broken and the quality of the box on the inside was terrible. I immediately emailed your team and WhatsApped them too and they said it was not their fault but aramex. This is not something I’d expect from a brand of your level. This is extremely disappointing as it is a birthday gift and we use these things for great watches. I want this issue resolved and I want it replaced at the soonest. I have emailed and whastapped photos of the box as well. Please have this resolved urgently.

As we informed you in Email and WhatsApp, we have done our part well, Before we send your unit, we have done a Quality Check to make sure your unit is working properly and packing safely with a good appearance, not like the photos you sent.

We emphasize that this problem is not from Billstone and occurs due to negligence of the expedition, therefore in your package, we put a sticker "MANDATORY TO MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO" to report and ask for responsibility from the expedition if something like this happens.

Unfortunately, you didn't do what we required before opening the package. Since you don't have an unboxing video, we can't claim the damage to the expedition.

In this case is also our loss because it is not our fault and we have done our part well.
However, we are still working on our customer satisfaction, to provide a solution.
that we already informed you through your WhatsApp, kindly check it.
