The food came in the form of a 1kg block , and the recommended per day for my dogs weight was 600grm.Firstly I tried to cut some off the block which was impossible , then after contacting the Company was told to partly defrost then refreeze.
Not ideal this for me personally, even the pet store agreed what hassle ..

My Mastiff puppy was constantly…

My Mastiff puppy was constantly scratching and chewing and also developed hives. I put her on Billy + Margot Salmon and Superfoods dry puppy food and the difference has been amazing. No more itchy skin. No more hives and one much happier and more settled puppy.

I Do not Recommend

I purchased Billy and Margo's Sensitive Plus Superfood Blend Raw food for Dogs at Pets at Home, on the basis of misleading claims on the product packaging: it is stated that the product contains 80% turkey, bone and offal. The top ingredient Is actually lamb tripe. Meanwhile, the superfood blend is not defined and neither are the 'seasonal vegetables' in the meal. Most worryingly, the product is labelled as complete and balanced. For this, the company and their 'renowned nutritionist' ought to be shot, because this product is deficient in several vitamins and minerals. I would say the ingredients list places this product in the same league as Chappie but at least Chappie contains a vitamin-mineral premix and is sold at a price that reflects its ingredient quality. Billy and Margo's offering is cheap, nasty, and overpriced.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal…

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with, their customer service team are terrible and have no idea how to treat customers. Their managing director is an absolute joke and is very sarcastic. Please do not deal with this company. I would imagine they will go bust in the near future if they continue to treat their customers so poorly.

There are other really good dog foods out there, shop around and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this dishonest and unprofessional company.

Smelt like wallpaper paste

I have raw fed my 3 dogs for 6 years, using variety of brands such as Nutriment, ProDog Raw etc, however tried Billy and Margot for first time and all 3 dogs turned their nose up and refused to eat it. Poppy will usually eat absolutely anything so i knew something wasnt right. It also smelt like wallpaper paste, i knew it wasnt right when the dogs refused to touch it. Wont be buying this again!

Too much bone in their raw food.

Too much bone in their raw food. My 7 months old Golden retriever ended up at emergency vets for blockage after feeding Billy and Margot. Considering the price I thought it’s a quality product but I would definitely avoid and choose different brand. After contacting customer service I am even more disappointed as they apologized and that is it.

Don't recommend.

Purchased a large quantity of Salmon & Superfood blend dry dog food for my 4 labs during an offer. From looking at ingredients and comparing with foods I've previously given my dogs seemed like a good match. Oh boy was I wrong. Started with gradual transition by mixing with old food and even after 2-3 weeks the dogs tummies weren't settled. Constant diarrhea or sloppy stool and unpleasant gas in all 4 dogs. I ended up passing a bag on to my friend and sprocker was experiencing the exact same problem. Not sure if it was a bad batch but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend from experience. Previously fed my dogs Lily's Kitchen, Orijen, Barking Heads and AATU - have gone back to Orijen and back to normal stool within a day.

Excellent Food and Customer Service

My dog is very fussy and she loves the Chicken & Superfood Blend. It has quality ingredients and is formulated to support your dogs health. They care about their customers and their Customer Service Department is excellent.

Amazing product!

This food is officially my dog’s favourite!
I have a 12 year old Pomeranian and he’s very fussy with food! I made the decision to change to Billy+Margot when my dogs coat got really thin and stopped growing, he had been itching and biting his paws. His skin was really dry.
Since the change his coat is soft again! And it’s started growing, the wet food includes lots of superfoods and oils which most other dog foods do not have! They are vital for a healthy balanced diet.
My dog now begs for the food in the morning so I cannot forget lol.
