I can only comment on my ordering experience and communication following the order as I have not received the product. Everything was made very quick and easy, hassle free and communication, so far, has been excellent.

Shed arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering, delivered and all good. It’s “decent” quality but pieces do spilt or break easily when installing so be careful when assembling. A few gripes, nothing is labelled to identify parts and try e bag of screws is a nightmare as multiple sizes etc all mixed in together so takes ages to sort out the ones you want. Instructions are ok but lack some detail and clarity to make installation smoother. On the whole, happy with purchase, and would give the shed a 7/10 for overall.

The shed itself is good quality and stylish however I was disappointed by the misleading picture as shows it has a floor but it doesn’t !

Shocking company DO NOT BUY FROM YTHEM!!! THhey ruined my summer last year. Ordered a garden dining set. Waited months and I never received it despite 50+ emails and numerous calls to an overseas customer service team. Dreadful experience.

There was no technical instruction document sent. Despite requesting this all I got was a reply saying that a response would be received in 3-4 days. Given that it is also Easter, I'm guessing ot will be nearer to a week for a response which is unacceptable as it means I can't really start

Great value lots to choose from The website is full of interesting information about various products they sell which is very helpful when you are looking for in my case a log cabin 28mm summerhouse And wanting to compare with other companies .

Terrible quality of wood so thin it splits had to buy more screws not enough looks like it's been built with scraps of wood panels don't fit tidy instructions are crisp complete waste of money

Biily Oh Pent 8x4 I wish I came here before purchase, this is very poor quality warped panels, cracked wood, nothing seems to line up correctly, no instructions, had to use my phone to view a poorly PDF, just a nightmare to install wish I didn't purchase this inferior product.

Delivered on schedule by friendly and helpful driver.

Cabin itself seems generally well manufactured with clear instructions on how to build.

Billy Oh provided great service, after I placed the order for my lovely greenhouse. I was given regular updates on the progress of the build and the delivery was spot on. The driver was very polite and helpful. Can't fault this company.🤗🤗

I had a great experience from start to finish. The building turned up on time and I largely put it together by myself - everything fitted well and quality was good.

I would suggest just a bit more detail in the instructions around the smaller trims and framing strips etc - maybe just larger technical drawings perhaps.

One other small issue - 5 different sizes of screw, 3 types of nails and panel pins and all lumped together in one bag seems just daft to me. It wasted so much time separating everything.

Otherwise a great product and also great support - I asked for some information twice during the build process and it was supplied very quickly which was most helpful. Thank you

After waiting 6 weeks, the playhouse I had ordered arrived with 2 versions of the playhouse. This included different shades, size of panels and outdated instructions. After speaking with customer service, I then had to send photos to prove what I was saying before being fobbed off saying yes it was different and they are swapping versions but still what they would deem acceptable. After more back and forth, I requested new parts and was told they’d be delivered within 3-5 days. After 5 days, I was told they’d put my request to the relevant team and was now a priority. When I called to cancel, I was told I would not be allowed my money back until they collected it which was atleast another 12 days including weekends. I also had to prove it was dismantled ready to go before they would give me a date to collect. Each phone call has been met with attitude and no urgency. It’s been very disappointing given the cost of the product and the time scales they seem to work to. I have 2 very upset children and would not recommend or use this company again.

Steer clear of this company its an absolute shambles. Was told 6-8 weeks from ordering in november. Finally received in March and then one of the pieces was damaged so couldn't put my shed up. Been waiting for collection of the damaged piece and replacement of this unit for over a month despite having over 10 new dates for delivery they keep rescheduling and dont ever give you clarity on this. They are happy to take your money and not give you any compensation for delays etc. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Had no problems with summerhouse was kept in touch re delivery,very polite messages and good service . Would recommend.

I have purchased a green house at a previous address and found the product reasonably easy to assemble and remains sturdy and still fit for purpose several years later.
(pity I don't have the space for the same size at my present address), but still hope for the same pleasure that I had previous.
