9x6 wooden greenhouse

The price suited my budget and the ordering process was easy . Thats as far as i can go at the moment as delivery is between 4-6 weeks. So only time will tell on the actual product .

Ordered a greenhouse really easily but…

Ordered a greenhouse really easily but when it comes to the shelves didn't understand the difference between them so I didn't purchase them, pictures or a more detailed description would be great otherwise I would have given a five

Was told before i ordered the shed it…

Was told before i ordered the shed it would be a maximum of 4 weeks which was crucial for me as i was paying for storage. Despite many phone calls to their company the shed took 8 weeks to come, kept being told they would not confirm a delivery date until production had confirmed but they couldn't put me through to production. I asked to speak to a manager but was told one would call me, this call never came. When the shed finally arrived it was extremely poor quality, the shed panels had been made upside down, two of the windows were broken, the weather strip at the bottom of the windows was bent out of shape. The bearers which i paid extra for were not on the delivery and when i telephoned to ask if they could be shipped asap as it is the first thing that goes down during erection, i was told 3 - 5 days, they actually arrived arrived a further three weeks. The felt for the roof was damaged. I am a carpenter and i spent a huge amount of my time correcting the manufacturing faults and purchasing a lot of materials just to make sure the shed was watertight and erected correctly. If this had been a general member of the public, they would have been in a very difficult situation. I would go as far as to say, without prejudice, that this company is the worst i have ever had to deal with and their products are shockingly bad. Do yourself a huge favour and if you are wishing to purchase a shed, look elsewhere.

The standard of timber is poor and…

The standard of timber is poor and panel assembly is also poor the erection instruction sheet could do with being a bit more extensive . If i knew the standard of the summerhouse before i bought it i would not have bought it .

Production is a bit long and when it was delivered, the eze base kit ive ordered was missing. So had to wait another week before we could start building. But their customer service from their website is very helpful and responds straight away even on weekends.

Absolutely awfull.

Absolutely awfull.
8x8 shed arrived without any warning despite them saying the would arrange a delivery time.

Short over 100 x 50mm screws.

Panels split and warped on arrival.

Wood quality was shocking.

One gable support missing.

Floor panels and roof panels all cut to different lengths. Some upto 30mm out.

Tounge and groove was splintered and heavily damaged with some pieces ranging from 10-30 out from one another.

Finally reinforced with my own wood and got the floor and sides up to find the roof braces were also warped and 2 of the sides turned out to be 30mm out from one another so the roof didnt fit flush.

Whoever cuts the wood for them needs to learn how to use a tape measure.

All in all cheap and awfull. Would never do buisness with this company again and recommend people stay clear. Cheap really does mean cheap with this company.

Bought lollipop tree house for the…

Bought lollipop tree house for the kids, would have been better buying a shed from B&Q for £300 and putting it on stilts.

Bought last year and stored in the garage over winter. Delivery arrived when on holiday with no prior notice. Was left outside our house for a week.

Quality of timber is poor. No instructions and parts missing that takes 3 weeks to sort. Shed felt only just covers the structure which is annoying as really could do with trimming due to it being broken on the edges.

Looks good when built however not sure how long it will last with it already warped and cracking.

Wood has bowed shed is totally warped and it’s only 8 months old
Very poor quality wood and I paid extra for the thicker wood .
We now have to dismantle and replace as it’s dangerous

Go to Truro portable buildings or somewhere local

The quality of the 8 X 6 reverse apex shed is the worst I've seen. Order form Truro portable buildings instead, this is my best advice. Main big complaints.
- all fixings in one bag together
- parts missing. When informed, was told 7 working days and I'm still waiting.
-panels are warped and do not align flush at bottom or top.
- gable ends are made 50-60mm of center. You will have to work out the centerline of the shed and align it that way.
- trusses ate cut to long and wrong angle. You will have to work out the required length and cut them down at the correct angle. If you don't have a mitre saw your in for some work.
-windows are maybe 2mm thick perspex held in with a few nails on the sides. These needed modifying to stop them blowing out and letting the wind and rain in.
-wood quality is very poor. Split all over ( you will need lots of silicone).
Honestly go to your local shed company where you can look at the quality and speak.to someone.

Very happy purchase

Instructions were slightly hard to get my head around however I got the hang of it and the Play House looks fantastic. My daughter is incredibly happy. Its a really good size for the money paid. Delivery came within about 3-4 weeks. Just a lick of paint and it will be a lovely addition to our garden

This company has no conscience they don't supply good quality goods and don't care when there's parts missing

No instructions, parts missing, left feedback and they contacted me asking what's needed to resolve the problem, asked me to reply via his portal, I've sent 3 replies with the details and the final one asked for my money back, but had NO REPLIES TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. This company just doesn't give a damn "DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THEM" once they have your money they don't care about any problems you have. If I could give a minus star it would be minus 10 stars. They are a absolute crap company, and don't care. I've been trying to resolve this since the delivery on 28/01/26

I ordered my greenhouse 19th March…

I ordered my greenhouse 19th March 2026. After some prompting it arrived 28th April. With generic instructions it was difficult to see how the roof could be fitted from the stack of loose timber supplied. Ultimately realised 2 roof frames and 4 braces missing. Was mailed 30 April confirming missing parts would be dispatched and would arrive 3 to 5 days. Then came the excuses. Now 13th May, still not here. Started claim under section 75.

Very disappointed

Took 6 weeks to arrive, VERY cheaply made with joints not straight, screws splitting the wood. Very soft wood poorly cut. We had one damaged roof panel which after contacting the help line was replaced after another couple of weeks. The instructions you have to print off yourself and are very basic and dont go into enough detail on certain bits, so a bit of guess work is needed.
We have also used ALOT of silicone to help seal it and fill in some large gaps.
All in all very disappointing .

My customer bought a billy oh summer…

My customer bought a billy oh summer house from this company and asked me to put it together for her.
What a disappointment!
The quality is absolutely awful!
I had to purchase extra timber for the roof supports as the ones sent were more like a boomerang shape!
Nothing fitted together neatly!
Instructions were awful with hard to understand black and white diagrams!
Apparently should only take a few hours to build😂
I am a knowledgeable carpenter and it took me nearly a week trying to get bits to fit correctly 🙈
Avoid this company!
Save your money!
