Terrible.

Ordered a shed 7 weeks ago and have emailed multiple times about the delivery date. Finally got a call today stating that it is delayed in production and another 10 days to wait.

I have cancelled the shed and now its 14 days until the money is returned.

Please please to all shed buyers avoid this company. They are not coming across as very reputable or honest with the advertising on their website.

Just wanted to update as billyoh have responded and as expected its the same generic response.

Since my original complaint I have ordered another shed which was delivered within 7 days but a decent company.

Still avoid billyoh as they couldn't care about their customers.

Appalling! Ordered summerhouse in February, paid in full! Whilst I kept receiving emails to advise still in production, no delivery date at this time, I decided on 30th April I'd waited long enough, so cancelled order, which they said OK, it will take 2 weeks to refund, so I'm waiting for monies back and counting the days! extremely disappointing!

Very efficient service, lovely friendly delivery person who was quick and hard working.

Lincoln 4000 greenhouse arrived 2 weeks later than the longest lead time. Took a lot longer to put together as some of the wood was warped and had to be planned to get it to fit. Sides went up well but 6 of the 8 roof panels were warped so glazing doesn’t fit properly and had to use extra pieces of wood to secure them. However it does look good now it’s up and it is a quarter of the price of other wooden greenhouses so you can’t expect the quality to be as good.

Instructions are very unclear. I asked for better details for how to put the floor timbers together which form the whole basis of the building but never had a reply!

I purchased a 12' x 8' shed with windows on one side, which was advertised as being of good quality. Unfortunately, the product delivered fell far below any reasonable standard.
On delivery, one of the pallets was broken, with loose screws and pieces of timber falling out. No assembly instructions were supplied. When I contacted the company, I was told the shed was self‑explanatory and easy to assemble and advised to call back if I needed help.
As installation progressed, it became clear how serious the issues were. Numerous screws were missing, multiple components were damaged or broken, the roof felt was torn, and panels were warped and poorly manufactured. Nothing aligned or fitted correctly. There were large gaps, visible holes, split timber, protruding nails, and panels that were neither flat nor square.
Attempting to assemble a square structure using materials that are not cut square or manufactured accurately made it almost impossible to achieve an acceptable finish. The overall workmanship and material quality were absolutely atrocious.
Given the condition of the shed on arrival and the extensive defects throughout, this product is nowhere near the quality advertised. I would strongly advise others to avoid this supplier, as the level of quality control and customer support demonstrated has been wholly unacceptable.

The delivery was spot on and the courier was friendly and helpful. Because the delivery was 1 day late caused the loss of the fifth star

Very happy with our Kent Garden Office.
Delivery was fast and construction was so easy and simple, we did get confused with the instructions but the customer support couldn't have been more helpful. We did have an issue with one of the doors however a replacement door was sent very quickly with no problems whatsoever. The window surrounds were of a rough texture but a quick sand down remedied that and it's really not an issue at all

Clear communication about delivery date and instructions for assembling the log cabin purchased.

Ordered a greenhouse for my daughter, arrived on time, and was kept informed of the progress. She’s very happy with it, and it is now full of her seedlings in ready for the summer. Easy to put together.

Got a raised playhouse for the kids - absolutely terrible quality. Unsafe, bits of wood sticking out where kids could walk into it. Floor is extremely flimsy, to the point I am worried the kids will fall through it.

Wrong and missing parts sent.

I complained on numerous occasions to BillyOh. They refused any form of refund, instead sent out more parts and flimsy pieces of wood. The playhouse is now starting to lean and I don’t think it will stand up for long. Absolutely terrible quality and unsafe for children.

I’ve seen the comments in response to feedback on trustpilot and I don’t believe them at all when they say to reach out and they will help. It’s absolute bs.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY.
If I could give this company a minus score I would. I ordered a "workshop/shed" was told 4-5 weeks for delivery, I did not have a problem with that. When the shed finally arrived 4 weeks late there was more damaged panels than good panels. The 11mm tounge and Groove had more knots in it than a fisherman's net and more holes in it than a tea bag where the numerous knots had dropped out and all the wood looked substandard like it was seconds. One of the packs containing two of the plastic glass panels was also damaged. I complained to the company regarding this and wow what an experience that is. According to their delivery driver their customer services are based in Malaysia, and it takes 3 days for them to reply to your emails. Eventually they agreed to supply new parts to replace the damaged and substandard ones but this took a further 4 weeks due to bits of the replacement order being missed off. When the final 2 panels came they were also damaged worse than the panels they was replacing to the point that they was unusable. So please if you value your sanity and do not want a substandard quality shed or garden building shop elsewhere and be careful as they have 2 or 3 different companies selling the same product.

As others point out wood is of poor quality, customer service and delivery woeful too. Curbside delivery by 3rd party company is just that, no help at all they just want to drop it on road and go. Delivery dates are by a bingo caller, multiple dates and none are correct. Think my instructions were for a self build kettle and some pages were missing.Even though classed as a budget 16x8 it's still over 1200 quid but in company terms that's £200 of wood over a grand profit for shareholders. Mines only been up 48hrs and already have broken floor panels, I'm 13 stone so not like I'm asking much of them. Luckily I'm an old duffer so hopefully it will last me out, anyone below 58 beware it's supposedly pressure treated for longevity but I fear that just means Brian passed panels over his kettle during tea break! Don't get me started on knot holes, I've had to take up clarinet lessons so I know where to put my fingers on windy days. Strength wise I had to purchase strong metal brackets to secure roof frames to sides as it just rocked from side to side . It was supposed to be a workshop and motorbike storage place, on reflection I may take up breeding budgies, less chance of them going through the floor! All in all a complete flop from ordering to building, I would however like to meet the Geezer on the advert praising them for service and quality, with tales like that he's got to be a hoot at parties. So in summing up, I'm 1200 quid lighter plus clarinet lessons, had to keep old metal shed for bikes and tools, have no garden space at all, had to brace floor put a camp bed in new shed because my wife beats me when I sleep because of money wasting and ruining her tranquil space amongst the flowers, my stress levels hit new heights but the plus side to that is the new medication dulls reality and the only Comfort I can hope for is the MD, s new Yacht is built to same quality as shed because that thing ain't getting out the harbour!

Absolutely shocking company- avoid at all costs.
I stupidly ordered a log cabin before seeing the reviews on here and what a mistake that was! The parts arrived mouldy and some actually snapped in half! I lost money as i had arranged labour for the cabin to be put up however it couldnt he put up with broken parts! The customer service was diabolical, always promised call backs which i never got and had to continue to chase then to top it off, when the cabin finally was arranged for collection the drivers came separately (one morning and one pm) and the pm one was left with all the large heavy parts which he could not physically lift so me being a 9 stone female had to help him lift(good job i go to the gym!) absolutely shocking from start to finish. Avoid at all costs to save yourself the stress i had

Waited 5.5 weeks, still no delivery so I sent an email and requested a refund through PayPal… next day I received an email saying it was in production still but will be a priority for delivery.
Few days later received an email saying it was dispatched.

Playhouse received finally….

Very cheap wood, mouldy wood components, no nails or screws. Missing 3 door hinges! Missing so many wood parts. Plastic windows do not fit in to the slot. Had to keep going to shops to buy more bits that it states on the instructions. Terrible. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

Shockingly bad service. Delivery was delayed and lack of communication. When arrived some parts were damaged. Took ages for them to be replaced and then delivered to wrong address. Finally got replacement parts so shed could be built 18 weeks after order placed. No apology or financial compensation received, even after lots of messages to Billyoh. Disappointed.Your reply is laughable as I have given you multiple opportunities to rectify and at no point has this been addressed. This includes emailing your customer service team and making a formal complaint. Numerous phone calls as well as a complaint raised through the Resolver website. As a company, you completely washed your hands of responsibility

I've just purchased a bullish Bella 12x8 and I've seen some really bad reviews that's got me started to worry I hope billyho you live up to the great reviews cause there are a lot of disatisfied customers so I will defo vreview there service products and fittings instructions it's said due delivery 10 June so anybody wanting to buy from this firm stay watching I'll give an honest review thanks
