Just bought an Aiways U5 from Bilstaden. I first got shocked when i was contacted in less that 10 minutes of spending an email from Bilbasen that i was interested in an MG.
We agreed i can pass by that weekend for a test drive. Saturday at 12 pm, here was Noah with smiles and professionalisme. Gentle toan, detail oriented and patient. Guess what I ended up buying a different car with was about 60,000kr more expensive.🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had already contacted and visited some other dealer in Odense where the treatment wasnt same. So i chose to drive all the way from Faaborg to Vorbasse and got the best experience ever. Thanks Bilstaden for the great experience and wish to work with you guys again in the future.

As newbies in Danmark (we are Dutch) we drove all the way from Faaborg to buy our first Danish car at Bilstaden in Vorbasse, a Volvo XC40 Twin Engine Ultimate. The contact with young entrepreneurs Alexander and Noah was excellent. No distant poshy salesmen but normal down to earth very helpful guys with a lot of knowledge about cars. After a pleasant testdrive we sat down with Alexander and we came to a good deal. The car was very complete, fast and surprisingly affordable for a Danish Volvo and we signed the contract. A week later we received the car from Noah. Now the Volvo XC40 elbil was officially ours. Somehing went wrong with our payment but not any complaint of Bilstaden that they got our money a week too late, very generous! One month later we got the promised service on the car and Bilstaden removed a couple of dents and did a small repair of the windshield. Unfortunately they forgot to fix one dent and the fix of the the loose rear bumper. So their accuracy in the after sales contacts and after sales work could be a bit faster/better. So room to improve on that point!

But all in all we are very satisfied customers and we will definitely come back again to Bilstaden to buy our our next cars.

I've bought a bmw 330e, and spoken with Noah. Really welcoming, polite and professional. The experience of buying, test driving and delivering the car was straight forward, zero issues and he was also available during the weekend for my requests.
I highly recommend the place, would 100% to others and will come back to do business again.
