I was wondering if I should say this or…
I was wondering if I should say this or not, I Cooked hanger steaks, marinated them for 24h as I normally do with hangers and then bbq on the grill but even after 24h marinade in lemon juice and spices it was still very tough and chewy, even when I was cutting them in smaller pieces to marinade I was thinking that they looked a bit strange. I’m not sure if it was because of the wrong cut of meat or just quality of it. Anyway Im sorry to say I won’t be ordering them again.
