Purchased my BMW Navi upgrade almost 2 years ago and just now got around to updating via USB. Communication was great upon ordering and website shows a true depiction on how to install. No issues on my update at all! I will purchase again when the next updates are available!

Purchased map update March 8, 2023. Received download link March 9th, I thought this is awesome. However, no FSC code. Wanted a couple days, still nothing. Sent them an email asking for code, I got a response indicating BMW servers were down and would send once servers were back up. Waited a few more days, sent another email, no response, I have tried "chatting" with " James", never any response from that either. I have tried calling several times, left a vmail once, never any answered calls nor any returned messages. The service is garbage. If you buy your update you are taking a chance or being able to use your product. Looks like I will have to buy another update from another provider. Gave two stars as the first download link came so fast. Buyer beware.

Waited 4 months for them to send me the updates and they never delivered. Instead I got excuses about their mail service.

I placed an order with this company back in Nov of last year. They happily took my money but have not shipped my order. Now, I jave not been able to communicate with anyone. Phone number doesn't work, and the online chat is useless.

I buy online update 2 weeks. Link they send me not working. Email every day. One time response. After that no answer. Very bad service. It’s cheating. Avoid it

I put my vin code and website offer me 2022 map update for 34.99.
I bought it but I received 2021 update, and tell me that if I want 2022 I have to pay 399 dollars

I placed an order for an FSC code (registration key) and within a few days got a response from Mike with a code. There was a hiccup with that but Mike soon sorted it out and supplied a newer one that worked and the latest maps were loaded with no problems.
Sometimes things go wrong so it's good to know that the person you are dealing with can be relied on to sort it out.

My expectation was insertion of usb and download starts. The USB did not work because it required a code. No instructions or code was sent with lifetime usb. Reached out twice via email. No response. Online chat and receive a response next day. I was asked to purchase a new USB and copy files from their USB to new USB and follow steps to install. 75.00, extra steps, no refund, no I am sorry that happened, no usb replacement and additional money. Not happy with their do it our way customer service.

I ordered map to F11. First got link to wrong map, but got prompt response to my email with correct link. Installation went smoothly with good instructions.

The service provided was excellent. I purchased the latest map update for a BMW Z4. Communication was great and the link received promptly. The update downloaded without any problems and was easily transferred to a memory stick. Loading the data into the car went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend the service and will be using it again.

I would discourage anyone from using this company.
I purchased my software update unaware that a Windows computer is necessary to make this work. I only have access to Apple products, therefore my £30 purchase remains unused.
Customer services were slow to respond, unsympathetic, unhelpful and rude. I was refused a refund. My last communication remains unanswered.

Ordered new european Maps to my E61 520D. Got the download link shortly after payment. Worked as a sharm, highly recomended.

Does what it says on the box and for a great price too!

Will be using them now on an annual basis If not more.

Excellent price for my BMW map update and a really easy process to carry out. Quick response from purchase to sending a link to download it. Really pleased with this and much better value than direct from BMW. Go for it
