Hardly any wins and no bonuses it just eats your money and gives nothing back at all. I didn't get choice of accepting or declining sign up bonus and the wagering is ridiculous I won a total of 12p on bonus and now have to wager £87 before I can withdraw if I ever get a win that is!. AVOID THIS SITE ITS TERRIBLE IT HONESTLY IS. I want to delete my account but there's no option for it!. WORST SITE I'VE EVER PLAYED ITS JUST A RIP OFF

Opened account today and won £45 pound withdraw it and they closed my account it's not acceptable or professional it should be in my account in next day but now I have to chance it up as they closed account so no live chat

Yeah I agree with what is already said!!! I must of put I. 500 plus to this site! Anyway I won 500 quid tonight amd withdrew 470...and 3 hours later still not in my account!!!! Weak site!!! Deposited and played over £40 on different bingo games. I also played different slots on the site. I have been using lots of different online platforms and have always had a few wins even if they were just small wins. The win percentage of the slot games is the lowest I have ever played. The choice of bingo rooms and games is very poor. There are very few bingo games available, and the ones that are, all ticket prices are 5p, 10, or 25p. I spent £40 over 2 days playing bingo and didn’t even win one game. The positive reviews on here are actually written by bingo loft staff. I’m sure others have noticed that the chat hosts have the same screen names as review authors. Highly unlikely to be a coincidence. Bingo loft is undoubtedly the worst bingo site I have ever used. Please be aware of the potential loss of any deposits made before wasting your money

Had a question about a bonus that wasn't added to my account so went on live chat and it was answered very quickly and added to my account manually straight away.

I signed up as a new player and won £700 after reading reviews I was really worried I wasn’t going to be paid and my account would be blocked! I spoke to Maria on live chat and she was super helpful and reassured me there was no reasons she could see why it wouldn’t be approved, I explained I’d seen the reviews on here and she said if there was any issues they’d contact me, I won my money on the 22nd Jan just after midnight and I received it the same day at around 6pm! WOW WOW WOW!!! is alls i can say, i made an account and was shocked when i had won £1000 i was over the moon to then read the reviews of most people saying they dont pay you out i was worried beyond belief so i live chatted and spoke with alex F who was absolutely fantastic, he was the most kind polite and helpful person who put me at ease and said i will receive so i put my trust in him and everyone i had also live chatted i waited until next day still nothing then received a message saying my funds where in my account i checked my bank and they was there, i am so so so happy i have told all my family and friends to join also i cant believe the reviews because it was a wonderful experience thank you very very much :) i am so happy.

Avoid depositing, what a waste of time and energy. I won £400 10 days the blocked my account so I emailed them it tuk 7 days for them to get back to me asking for my ID ive sent them it 3 times and still not got a email back or my funds have not been sent to my bank. Customer Service is a absolute joke. The wer ok take my money

Not happy with this company, once I had won £70 they wouldn't withdraw my winning funds to me even after confirming my ID several times to them.
