Inconsistent experience

Prices were good but they messed up with the delivery and I'm still waiting for their quotation for installation.

Thanks for your review. Whichever customer we deal with, we precisely give them solutions and don’t mislead anyone.

A miscommunication occurred with the logistics team, where they made the wrong delivery but they replaced it the next day. The installation team were very busy so we couldn't take any extra jobs. As an SME, we admit that small coordination issues happened from our side. But will try to rectify it. Thanks for noting us with your humble review. Will be trying to consider your suggestions and will try to rectify it.

The order was Stanley 8pcs Screwdriver set, which showed available at our store but by the time the order was placed, it was over. Not even with us, but with the manufacturer also. We tried our best to honour the order, but we couldn't because it was out of stock with the supplier. We also suggested alternate models to you which were rejected. We didn't collect any payment or sell any counterfeited product. The only mistake that happened was that the product got out of stock. We are not like other online sites, where you don't have a number to call. We are available 24x7 on call and 7.30 am to 10 pm at our stores for all your concerns. We value our customers and have been supporting them in any way we can and so we value the star ratings we get. As a small business, we will try to improve ourselves, by reviewing your ratings.

If it's back in stock, we will inform you in the future.

This is an unreliable company and would avoid them.

Their service is about as good as a chair with two legs. I placed an order and they cancelled it the following day without providing a reason. I was only made aware of this after 2 weeks when I checked my secondary e-mail address. No phone-call or message to make me aware of the cancellation. Bottom line: This company does not know how to communicate with their customers. They are unreliable and certainly not the go-to place for DIY materials. I would not recommend them.
