Our first store was inaugurated in Abu Dhabi, UAE and later the company set up retail stores in Dubai, Al Ain, and Muscat City of the Sultanate of Oman. Sheikhs and other members of Royal families in UAE and Oman have been our loyal customers ever since. Dokha became a trendy product in this region. Our presence in the UAE market evolved year by year, and dokha sales online gradually increased. We decided to introduce our own dokha to the International market under the brand Turbo in 2012 that we have been using for our accessories since the year 2000. Quick delivery and good service
I usually order dokha through them cutting out the middle men we have overseas and they instantly send it through DHL. Been doing this of quite a while and would totally recommend them.

15 days awaiting for my PAID order they say they have a shipping problem but won't update customers on the situation complete ignorance on how to deal with a returning customer.
Website doesn't work can't access account every time you need to access an account it's required to reset the password and to make it worse the email system doesn't work so you never receive the rest email in the first place it's a complete disaster what a shame they are the only provider of dokha for people not living in the UAE but it seems they don't care knowing that dokha can't be purchased somewhere else but still ignore customer that are doing monthly orders.

Amazing service

My Go-to Place For Dokha and Shisha
The sheer range of dokha and shisha is amongst the best of any store with online capability in the UAE.
The customer service from the Customer Support Team via WhatsApp and email is first class and ready to help with any issues regarding your purchases.
Shipping is handled by DHL which is always a plus as well since DHL offer a much wider range of delivery options should you be unavailable to attend delivery.
