I have no complaints about this company. They clean my bins and windows and do a great job!
I like the fact that you get a text to let you know when they're coming to do the cleaning and when they have been as my previous window cleaner didn't do this all of the time!

Fabulous communication, bin was clean and smelt lovely, even 2 weeks after the first clean

Good service for bin and reliable. Had windows cleaned for first time last Monday and they did a great job. One of my smaller windows had dried drips of dirty water which I’m sure they’ll get next time. Other than taking a bit of time
to get set up then both services so far so good.

Great window cleaning service. They did an excellent job, were well organised, professional and friendly throughout. Turned up on schedule, worked efficiently and left the windows and frames looking spotless. I’d happily recommend them.

4* Bit disappointed in the window as I thought the frames, sills and the
Top of my bay window would have been cleaned too
But still first time they may have been done but not perfect
Maybe they need hands on !!

We’ve been using the bin cleaning service since they Binkil took over the last company, and have been delighted with the service. Text the night before, always polite & friendly staff & do a great job.
Today we had our windows cleaned for the first time. Delighted with the service! 2 friendly lads, very clean windows!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Good company , clean my bin excellent and going to start cleaning my windows.

Had our bins cleaned by Binkil for a long time with no issues and lovely fresh bins so when we were invited to the window cleaning we were really keen. Unfortunately, after out first clean our windows were terrible! Lots of muddy water spots all over every window and one in particular (above garage so quite difficult to reach) just had streaks across the whole window. We have cancelled the service but I am not sure what went wrong with out windows as theres so many great reviews - maybe the mop head was dirty or maybe they were tired by the time they got to ours but either way we are very disappointed to not be able to use this service. Given 3 stars as we are very happy with bins but windows brought it down. Lovely staff on the phones and email though.

Highly recommend this bin cleaning service. They always arrive as scheduled, and my bins are left spotless and smelling fresh every time. They've been reliable and professional, and I'm really happy with the service. I'll definitely keep using them. Excellent service all round.
