Really not happy
Really not happy. Ordered an item for my niece, we are approaching 6 weeks now from when I ordered it and still haven’t received it.
Communication is poor, goodness knows whether it will actually arrive and it’s generally a shocking company to deal with.
Avoid!!!
I note your email. My order number is ORDER #90254- I have contacted you on the email you have provided three times so, I find it difficult to believe you haven’t received them, given you have replied to me on one occasion. I look forward to your response.

Firstly, we’re really sorry to read this - but we’ve tried to locate your order and can’t seem to find anything under the name used here, and we also don’t have any email correspondence under this name either.
All of our made-to-order pieces usually take around 2–4 weeks, so 6 weeks without delivery definitely isn’t right and not something we’d expect.
It’s possible the order or enquiry is under a different name or email, so if you could let us know your order number or the email address used, we can properly look into this for you.
