Appaling service
I lost an eye cup from my binoculars (somehow became unscrewed). Sent them the other eye cup as a sample back in May 2017 to see whether they could match it. Despite numerous e-mails I've heard nothing so now have a pair of binoculars without either eye cup. I've even asked for the sample to be returned but up to date (26/10/17) I've neither had a response or received my sample eye cup returned to me.
