High quality products and the customer service was super helpful. We had an issue with one of our packages being lost in shipping, but they fixed it at no cost to us.

So far, I am irate! I have contacted this company through email and their own website and NOTHING. They printed the shipping label 5 days ago and still haven't given it to the Post Office. They won't even answer, probably because they don't know or care. I'll update if I ever receive my order, but this is enough to NEVER order from again. A company without customer service is not a company. Can't be trusted

Update (12/9): They told me to wait until a certain day. I did, and they said that they would reship it. No update and the same tracking number is being used. In other words, they just didn't ship it after blaming it on USPS. This company is a joke. Even if they had the best product on the market, it's NOT worth the issues. It's been almost half a month without leaving their hands.
I will NEVER order from them again. They will lie to keep stalling. Save yourself the headache

Advertised “Ships within 1-2 business days” during Black Friday. Never shipped. Baited sale price I can’t get elsewhere.
Deceptive Shipping Practices (USPS Publication 300-A)
Re-using dead tracking # after claiming loss. USPS never re-issues lost numbers — proves original label was fake.
Breach of Contract
Charged full Black Friday price but failed to deliver any product after 12 days. No refund or re-ship at sale price offered.
Pattern of Fraud (Trustpilot evidence)
Multiple reviews cite same label fraud tactic during sales. This is systemic, not a “lost package.”

I’ve used Binoid for years, only once have i ever had a package delay so i reached out and was immediately accommodated. I feel as though Binoid truly cares for their customers. They also have amazing deals and lots of fun events to partake in!!! Love you guys!!!

Bloomz is awesome. Forget waiting for hours in a sketchy parking lot only for the plug to say he's not gonna show, HE IS OBSOLETE. These guys have GAS. If you want a recommendation for a strain to start with, I always go for a sativa strain called Tangerine Dream. It's in their gold line and it hits the spot every time

Site says 2-4 business days for shipping to my address. I ordered on Monday. Just got the tracking today and it won't be here til this coming Monday. Not a HUGE deal, that's still pretty fast, but don't appreciate being lied to. Rating will change after I get the product and see if it was worth it.

The CEO is active with the community which is amazing. But product quality is always Top Tier

Flower, Pens, Wax, Gummies, Drinks, chocolates, brownies, an some meds (they r fazing those out tho). The customer service is top tier! They have a Cannaclub, u join. Basically getting points for your purchases. You use these points when u order later. Soo, basically if u have a coupon & use points, $0! Crazyyy activity imo! He also has a Discord, you can interact with others. There r so many options n the discord, AND Elan d owner actually will interact with d chat! Sold me an inoperable vape despite following their instructions how to charge. They will not honor a return or exchange.

Waste of time and money. Quick to print label, slow to send. Patientlly waited. Inquired, request to cancel if not sent asap. Starting to see a trend. Order finally arrived, not worth the wait. Product was ineffective and worthless.
Good reviews write themselves, bad ones are written by the company.

Ordered September 29th still no product, USPS site clearly states that they need to file a claim but they won't and they keep trying to say that the product will be fine. I don't know what kind of delusions they operate under, but chocolate will not survive from Miami, to South Carolina (where it was supposed to go) then to Arizona and now USPS says they don't know where it is but this lovely business will not do anything at all to help. Well, except keep my money and try to tell me that a chocolate product without any frozen gel packs will be fine after 9 days in usps possession.

I will not be using this website again awful service and false advertising. I’ve bought off of websites from everywhere and I thought I’d give them a try because the YouTube reviews are pretty nice but I learned very quickly that it was a mistake I selected shipping which said 2-4 days it took them 2 days to give ups my package and when I tried to receive help they said it wasn’t there problem which it clearly was. Then when my UPS finally updated it was at the end of the day and now my package won’t get here for 10 days that’s absolutely ridiculous. They said it wasn’t there problem now which it is seeing as it’s there company I live 1 day away from my package and your telling me it won’t get here until next week! Don’t bother with this joke of a company go to baysmokes there way better faster and helpful
