Verification issue – No response from support
I deposited 15,000 PKR on Binomo and submitted my CNIC for verification. Unfortunately, my document was declined. I contacted support and they told me that my case was forwarded to the verification department and might take up to 7 working days.
It has already been more than the given time, but I have not received any proper response or solution. My funds are stuck, and I am unable to use or withdraw them.
I expected faster and more transparent communication from Binomo’s support team. If there is an issue with my documents, they should clearly explain instead of keeping me waiting without updates.
This experience is very disappointing, and I hope Binomo resolves this as soon as possible.

Funds Blocked After Fulfilling All Conditions
I requested a ₹90,340 withdrawal on Binomo (ID: 155689275).
No KYC was required before deposit, but after depositing, they asked for 3x turnover — I completed it. Then ID verification — done. Then wallet address — submitted.
Now they’ve asked me to wait 10 days without any valid reason.
All requirements fulfilled, yet my funds are still blocked. This is unacceptable.

Title: Binomo Resolved My 44,600 INR Issue ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My ₹44,600 withdrawal was stuck for 7 months due to a technical glitch.
Finally, Binomo credited the full amount back to my account.
I withdrew it successfully to my bank.
Thanks to the Complaints Team for resolving this matter.
Hope such issues never happen again.
