It wasn't a bad platform, although I had issues with the withdrawal. It eventually resolved, the money arrived, but it took almost two days.

Scammers & Liars - Always on fire lol
So i have previously write about their customer service and you can see the replies. We have send you email lol and funny thing if you lost the access of your email unfortunately you can’t change that.
So last time i was VIP customer and their call back from VIP manager took a month, now this time I became Prestige Member by depositing 200K+ INR and loosing them all lol .
So again i am begging from last 11 days guys for a call back and do you know what they use to say “if you became prestige member, you will hear back from us within 24-48 Hours “.
Despite all they will never accept any mistake , there reply will be always copy and paste “ Due to High Call Volume, there is delay in call back lol” also they will use a threat “Doing same request repeatedly will prolong the request “
So just ask one and sit n watch until you get the mercy of God Binomo.
Let me clear to you people they Gold , VIP and Prestige is a just strategy so you will deposit more and loose more.
I have tons of screen recording of real time trade , chat with their customer team , comparison of Chart with the same pair on legit brokers and i am compiling all to soon start uploading on my youtube channel.
I hope this will save many people to loose their money.

Winning Trade Amount Not Credited and No Proper Support from Binomo
Complaint Body:
I placed a winning trade on the Binomo platform on [24april2025 and Time09:03minut]. Despite winning the trade fairly, the winning amount was not credited to my real account, and the trade is also missing from my trade history.
I contacted Binomo support multiple times, but every time I received only copy-paste responses like "the team has been notified" or "the issue is under checking" without any real resolution.
Now, they are refusing to give a clear timeline and are asking me to "wait indefinitely" with no guarantee.
This is completely unprofessional, unethical, and raises serious doubts about the platform's reliability and transparency.
I request immediate action:
Credit the pending winning amount to my account,
Provide a full explanation for the missing trade history,
Improve the customer service standards.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further with legal action and bring it to the attention of financial authorities and public consumer forums.
Attached are screenshots and proofs as evidence (if needed).
