They broke our trust29/Aug/25 (update on 15Nov2025)

They broke our trust. We ordered 5 dresses worth on COD (charged full amount), but only 4 were delivered while full payment was taken. Despite repeated messages, there has been no reply or resolution. Very disappointing experience from a brand we trusted as regular customers.
I will update or re-review this feedback if there is any progress or resolution from the company (29/08/2025)

18/September/2025:(update)
After following up for weeks, the missing dress was finally sent — but it was wrongly marked as a replacement. Because of this mistake, PostEx refused to give it to me and took it back, saying they need an email confirmation from Bin Saeed first.

This whole process has caused unnecessary mental tension and wasted time. Instead of a smooth solution, I have had to chase the matter again and again. For a well-known brand, such handling of customer trust is very disappointing.

*Update(15November2025)*:
After delays and multiple follow-ups, I have finally received the missing dress today. Thank you for resolving the issue. I truly hope that communication and delivery processes improve so customers don’t face unnecessary stress in the future.

BinSaeed send wrong size suits then lie

Order Number BSOS-14899.
I ordered 4 suits in Small size rom Pakistan to UK. The delivery was quick and the suits in very good condition. However, two suits were in Small size with a S on the label and 2 had labels with 12 on them. The suits with size 12 label on them are larger in all areas including chest/waist/hips. They do not fit a small person who is a small size.
So BinSaeed have sent me 2 suits in the wrong size. They are falsely insisting that size 12 is a size Small but as everyone knows a size 12 is a Medium. Otherwise, what does the S label on the two other suits signify? BinSaeed are now either ignoring my emails or falsely telling me that size 12 is a small size. Despite my chasing them for a free return they are continuing to lie.
Please do not ever order from BinSaeed again. They will send you the wrong size suits and then lie to you and you will not get your money back.
