Dodging important product quality questions, not responding to customers. Red flag.

Totally unprofessional, every sing that thy are scammers.
I just wasted two months waiting for the order that never came, and I really needed it.
No customer support. It's like they have just some lazy kid barely answering anything.
Should be banned from doing business by all platforms and the their country.

I purchased products from this company and had them tested at a reputable lab—unfortunately, they came back as completely fake! If you decide to use them, it’s at your own risk. I strongly advise against trusting these products!

Awful customer service. Took around a week for a single reply from them. Paid around 100 euros. When I tried to get a refund. They only sent me 75 euros. Would never buy from them again. Most of the good reviews are bots.

Where to start... I ordered from BL many times over last 2 years. Products were good. I made recent order just to find out that now they stopped selling capsules and focus on liquids. I ordered 4 bottles. And there is where problem started. Bottles advertised as 30ml coming with only 23ml liguid (I measured it). They are full to top sticker level. 2 bottles of the same product looks and taste totally different. 1st is "milky" and can see the powder in liquid and the 2nd is totally clear. Which one is overdose or underdose then? How to use it if it says 20mgx30ml? Not 30ml per bottle and nobody knows how many mg (if any) per ml. Taste of product terrible. 1 bottle taste like old gym trainers. To be fair no problems with delivery and capsules products till 2024 were great. Funny how after 2 negative comments 10 5* comments pop up in just 1 day (1-3 August). My opinion is that in 2024 they sold out good products and doing cash grab on whatever left with 0 quality control.

Ordered peptides for over £100 which were never delivered. I contacted biolabshop to find out for me whether they're on the way, I was sent a pic of the delivery (with the most attitude asking why I can't check for myself) which ended up not being my door. I told them so, but they couldn't care less. Told me to speak to the delivery company and stopped responding. £100 gone just like that and 0 help. Considering that I've spent over £1k with you guys over the past year I'd expect better treatment:)

Avoid. Their oral supplements are off by 10x or more on their declared measurements. And are well off from the displayed COA they display. One capsule contents weighed 300mg. On the bottle it stated 10 MICRO GRAM and on the COA it said 9.8mg.
It's a scam company that may sell a few things that might be active or might not. You should absolutely not use this company.
