I was a little worried at first drinking the edible bird's nest, but I was rather surprised that the taste was just sweet. There was no weird bird-like taste or aftertaste; the consistency is a little bit thick (like a gel), but it's not bad at all. I noticed immediately that my sugar cravings were reduced, which during the holiday season, has been quite helpful! For me, I found that taking a half a jar of the 36% was the easiest for my digestive system to handle. My only wish is that the product had some flavor to it like lemon or something; other than that I was very pleased with the Edible Bird's Nest!

Being a mother of two kids, one of them just 2 months old, I continually lack sleep. I noticed that when taking Sanest birds nest essence, the quality of my sleep improved significantly. The flavor was sweet but not so much that it tasted like syrup. Also, the texture was lumpy due to the high amount of bird's nest that was in one small jar. I was very impressed to have as much of the actual bird's nest as I did in one serving. My seven-year old daughter loved the product as well. I had to take it away from her before she had the whole jar. It was nice to have it after dinner. The lightness of the drink helped my body feel as if it counteracted with the heavy foods I had earlier. I highly recommend this product to people who want a tasty way to include this superfood in their diet.
