Ethical and quality. I was worried the efficacy would not be that of common well known brands. But I have been using for about a year now and I cannot tell the difference. Worth it and worthwhile.

Really disappointed with this hand…
Really disappointed with this hand wash.
My wife bought multiple bottles from Ocado to use around the house. We used it for a couple of days, and it not only left burn-like marks on my hands, but also caused my skin to crack. I’ve never knowingly reacted to any products in the past. Even a week after stopping use, I can still see faint red marks where the irritation occurred.
I’m more annoyed at having wasted money on three bottles that all had to be thrown away than the reaction itself.
After a brief Google search, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated experience, so others may want to be cautious.

Easy to order online
Easy to order online, quick delivery. The time before last some washing powder broke in the delivery box and a refund was given straight away. Things do go wrong, that's life, it's how the company deals with it that matters. Very polite and efficient.

Good honest safe products.
Its nice to have a business like this that supply an honest product. We are very happy we changed to this brand after being made aware and totally surprised at the chemicals in our hair products and washing products. What an eye opener. Ordering is easy and delivery spot on.
So far we are very pleased with our choices they are concentrated and kind to use.
Very happy customer and don't think it costs more as its worked out surprisingly cheaper due to the quality. That said we haven't changed to organic because of costs it was because of our well being and health.
Thank you Bio D we will re-order when it's all used which won't be anytime soon.

Always a fantastic service from Bio-D
Always a fantastic service from Bio-D, they are very fast to dispatch and deliver. I had my order the next day when spent over a certain amount. I have used Bio-D products for years as I find them the most effective for natural cleaning, have a good range of products and not over priced as some natural things tend to be. Never had a problem with their products or service, my only wish was that they were available in supermarkets so more people would see and use them.

Love the scent of the washing up liquid. It also works really well at getting rid of grease whilst using less liquid than others I have tried (including big brand eco friendly washing up liquids)
