Love our new Bio ethanol stove
Love our new Bio ethanol stove . It does give off enough heat and we get the ambience we wanted . We are in a modern house so a traditional stove was not needed ( we have always had log burners ) so this is perfect .
Great communication from the company any questions answered quickly . . Was a wee but gutted to see it go in the Black Friday sale ( I knew I should of waited 🤦♀️)

Something worth waiting for
I became interested in a bioethanol basket circa 18 months prior to actually buying it because of the obstacles in obtaining the required fuel (living on an island) once the fuel became obtainable I reconnected with Bio Fireplace and bought my basket which was delivered in very quick time. We love it it brings a lovely ambience to a non working fireplace.

Fantastic company and gorgeous fire
Firstly the fire is gorgeous, I looked everywhere for a realistic electric ‘wood burner’, the fire is cast iron so it looks authentic, the flames and logs make you feel warm even when the heater isn’t on! The customer service was fantastic, every email was answered promptly and with a real personal feel and I received a Black Friday discount, we are absolutely thrilled and can’t recommend this company enough, thank you so much.

Great company, great advice, great products
I decided to convert my existing log burner to a bioethanol fire. This company have helped all through the process. Being able to have a videocall with one of their agents showing the flames and options really helped with my decision. I now have a fire with just the right flames and no dust or soot.

I was pleased to have find this company as its products are superior to what is on sale in all the other vendors i researched. I am very happy with my purchase a Victoria cast iron electric stove it looks great in my kitchen - and it warms up my kitchen really quickly. The stove was expensive but worth the investment as i think this stove will be with me for a long time.

Top Quality, Amazing Service
What an amazing company to deal with, super fast delivery with care, great communication from start to finish and after sales is second to none.
As for the fire itself, it's perfect, it's cosy, it's aesthetically pleasing, it's easy to use, it's portable if needed, it gives off instant heat and easy to extinguish. We may look at purchasing another in the future when we have finished renovating our cottage.

Staff were really responsive via email…
Staff were really responsive via email . They asked for pictures and offered mock ups of what the fire would look like. Also advised on the best way to fit it. All in all very good pre sales experience.
I am however yet to receive my fire and have not been giving a tracking number of any sort so this part of the service has room for improvement.

Great instructions, easy to build and easy instructions to use.
I cannot fault this product, but I didn’t realise how much fuel it would take and can be fiddly to use.
But these problems were resolved very quickly with a few new items and all I can say is awesomeness!!

no communication and no solution
I bought a pizza oven. During delivery the glass of the oven broke. Of course, that's not the problem of bio fireplace group, but I have been in contact with them for 2 months now, and they told me that tell will send me a replacement glass. I paid for the replacement a month ago. I sent a message every 3-4 days to ask when they are going to send the replacement, and I keep getting responses like "Oh, we're sorry, we forgot" or something like that. Today, they refunded me without telling me anything, I found out by myself when looking at my bank account. So I wasted two months of my time with them.

This led to repeated waiting times and miscommunication on our side, and we fully understand how disappointing this has been.
For transparency, we would also like to note that the oven was delivered to you without damage, and that the glass unfortunately broke later when the product was exported independently.
To clarify the situation with your payment: the amount was never refunded. What disappeared from your card was the automatic release of the 30-day reservation. We only captured the payment once your spare part was shipped from our warehouse earlier this week, and the package is scheduled for delivery today.
We sincerely apologize for the long wait and the confusion during this process. Your feedback is very valuable, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure clearer communication and faster handling of spare parts in the future.

Open fire bio ethanol place
Open fire bio ethanol place.
No issue with the company, really fast delivery. The fire itself is really nice, looks good when lit. The bio ethanol is strong when burning and you need windows/ doors open for ventilation, which then defeats the object of a lighting a fire in winter, losing the cold air to open windows.
