SCAM!!! I wanted to order from this company, but then they didn't have payment options at checkout, instead they send you a link for payment and they wanted me to zelle the payment to an individual's name! This does not sound like safe business at all!

This is a scam.... I asked for the address of this company and was given the address of another pellet company which i called and they have never heard of this company. . I should have known with 50$ delivery. Definitely a scam. Buyer beware...

I ordered from BioFuelWoodPellets.com and everything went smoothly. The delivery was right on time, packaging was neat, and the pellets burn clean with great heat output. Customer service was polite and responsive throughout. I’m very satisfied and will definitely order again.
