My life wouldn't be what it is today without Biogetica products for Trigeminal Neuralgia. They have been a blessing for me.

Would have rated them 0 stars if that had been an option. I placed an order on March 15. Got an email the next day saying it had shipped, along with a tracking number. I kept checking the shipment and... See more

Worse Customer Service

I placed a order with Biogetica 08/28/24 and Today is 10/15/2024. I emailed them quite a few times and asked when my product was going to be shipped. Not once did they answer me back. When I called they hung up.I got in touch with my credit card company yesterday 10/14/2024 to get my money back.I will never do business with this company again.

Biogetica is a scam. Don't waste your Money!

I did research for Tinnitus and found a company called Biogetica. The reviews on their website appeared legitimate, and one review was from a Music producer in Mumbai stating how this treatment helped, so I spent $250AUD+ on the Tinnitus treatment. Did it help? No. In fact, I think my ringing in my ears is worse. This is nothing more than powders baked into a capsule and mini tablets. Nothing else. When I contacted the company they referred me onto an ENT; what's the point of that if their products are supposed to help so you can avoid going to an ENT. In the end I'll be reporting them the the TGA in Australia and the FDA in the USA. Very dishonest, and appear insincere! The only thing they're interested in is selling more products to you. Stay away! Please!
