Excellent Experience
From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Ibrahim’s clinic was outstanding. Communication was incredibly easy and fast—every question I had was answered promptly, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organized.
I was picked up at the airport and comfortably transferred between the hotel and clinic without any hassle. Everything was arranged perfectly, which made the trip stress-free.
The translator was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always available, even after the procedure. It was reassuring to know I could reach out with any concerns and get a quick response.
Dr. Ibrahim himself is a true professional. He’s not the type to make unrealistic promises—he’s honest, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated his realistic approach and the confidence he inspired.
The procedure was quick, uncomplicated, and went off without a hitch. The medical team was attentive throughout, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I felt genuinely cared for.
Aftercare was explained in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect and how to take care of myself post-op.
Absolutely fair price. The value for money is excellent considering the quality of care, professionalism, and results.

My visit to Bio Hair clinic Istanbul
I visited the Bio Hair clinic Istanbul for the first time at the end of January 2025. I chose Bio Hair because of the online reviews, the complete range of services and the informative, clear website.
The whole team is very friendly and competent! The operation was carried out very carefully. I also met other patients from Germany/Austria who had only good experiences with Dr. Ibrahim and his team. Now I have to wait for the result, but I am very confident that it will be good!

I had originally planned to undergo my hair transplant at Bio Hair Clinic, but unfortunately, this was not possible due to issues with obtaining a visa for Turkey. This was particularly frustrating as everything had already been booked.
Despite these circumstances, I felt very comfortable thanks to the clinic’s outstanding customer service. The team was extremely friendly and dedicated.
I want to emphasize that I had previously considered other clinics in Turkey. However, those options often failed due to a lack of friendliness or unattractive offers. At Bio Hair, I never had that feeling. Even when complications arose, I never felt neglected. On the contrary, the staff contacted me multiple times and were consistently solution-oriented, always maintaining the most friendly and professional tone.
It deeply disappoints me that I wasn’t able to have a closer experience with this reputable and incredibly friendly clinic.
A special thanks goes to Yusuf, who went above and beyond to ensure that I received a full refund of the amount I had already paid. Thanks to his outstanding efforts, I gained an incredibly positive impression of the clinic.
For this reason – and likely many more – Bio Hair Clinic is a clear recommendation.

Alles TOP! 100% Weiterempfehlung!
Abgesehen von dem tollen Ergebnis ist zu sagen, dass vor Ort in Istanbul der Service und Support einfach ausgezeichnet war! Alle von dem Team (ob Fahrer, die nette Dame mit dem Rasierer, das Team, das eigentlich die Arbeit macht, und auch die Dolmetscherin) waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Was das Ganze noch toppt: der WhatsApp-Support, wo man seine Fragen immer rasch und super ausformuliert beantwortet bekommt!
Großes Danke an das Team! 100% Weiterempfehlung!
Aside from the excellent results, I must say that the service and support in Istanbul were simply outstanding! Everyone on the team—whether it was the driver, the friendly lady with the razor, the team doing the actual work, or the interpreter—was always very kind and helpful!
What really topped it all off was the WhatsApp support, where all of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly!
A big thank you to the team! I highly recommend them—100%!

Last February 6th, I traveled from the USA to Istanbul and had my hair implant done at the bio hair clinic, the staff there is very professional and attentive.

The staff and the service were super…
The staff and the service were super friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable and cared. They have had implant me approximately 4500 grafts, regarding to this my transplantation took super long about 9h. Before and after the surgery you are in contact with the service team, they are always reachable and very responsive. The only thing they could improve so far, is the consulting of the healing process. In that case my experience is, that the information of the healing process, they provide for you are different on what person or staff do you ask. So it’s quit difficult to get a clear picture of the status you might be in the following weeks or month. I understand that the recovery of each person is individually, but it would be nice to get a more consistent and reliable picture of the coming healing steps.
I’m in week 5 and satisfied and would recommend it so far. :)
