The operational aspects were fine, sample collection, processing time, etc. But the report has few details, is incorrect, and relied on brief survey questions. I make my own yogurt, sauerkraut, and look for opportunities to eat pre and probiotics. Yet the report recommended I consume more probiotics.

They provide "scores" and mentions of particular fungi and bacteria, but no reference information on how those scores were calculated.

All in all, it is like reading your horoscope as newspspers used to publish each day. Except with this test, you pay for the test, then they try to upsell a consultation and their proprietary products. A complete waste of time and money!

This company is terrible. Run, don't walk, away from it. I'm trying to stop my subscription, but I get a response at my email is not registered. So, I registered a second time, tried again, and I'm still receiving a response at my email is not registered. There is no phone number to call and they're online chat is only available at awkward times during the day. They have not responded to emails. I'm not sure who to call, but this company is a scam!!

My rating is for the microbiome test kit.
I sent my sample March 24th and as for today, May 16th I'm still waiting for my results.
Customer support got in touch with apologies and a mere 15% off my next purchase, which will never occur.
Whatever my result will be, after two months my biome can be completely different and their reccomandation completely irrelevant.
You're better off investing on a FoodMarble or get a proper breath test. I should have listened to XGrok..

A slight improvement is observed (around 15%-20%), so I put two stars. On the other hand, all this marketing (known as relational marketing in the jargon) is undrinkable:
- a clean site;
- a customer service (the chat) which opens automatically as soon as you stay a few seconds on the site
- newsletter bombing
- the subscription operation that can take you by surprise
- selectivity in shipping (only in the USA) to be sure to keep everything under control in terms of marketing
- the fact of playing on the "natural"
- great responsiveness to respond to comments on review sites

In short, as I often say, if there is too much form, it means that there is no substance. If a drug is truly revolutionary, the customer service can be terrible, the logistics horrible, no newsletter reminders, no subscriptions, you'll rush to buy it and remember to buy it again.

The day you invent a revolutionary treatment, it is unlikely that you will invent dozens. Yet the site offers a whole hodgepodge of so-called natural products that are supposed to treat. If all of these products are gimmicks, chances are the much-vaunted probiotics are too.

In short, a probiotic among others, can be slightly better. This possible modest advantage is in any case largely compensated by the significant increase in price!

Pricey products, but GREAT customer service.

I love BIOHM! Best tasting greens I have ever tried. I have tried the most bare tasting greens and also greens with tons of sweeteners added. BIHOM Super Greens is a middle ground of delicious and not overly sweet or fake tasting. Adding in their Prebiotic seriously changed the ENTIRE motility of my gut and helped out my chronic constipation issues so much. More than words can describe. I have had ER trips, colonoscopy, colon hydrotherapy and have tried tons of different herbal and OTC supplements and it wasn’t until I found the proper progress regiment that I truly go regularly now and my gut feels HEALTHY! No pain, no bloating and no gas. BIOHM products work with my body instead of against it and are full bodied greens. Like I said I have tried many greens both cheap and expensive and these are PERFECT. The best value hands down. I have yet to try the Reds yet but those look so beyond amazing as well. Not only are their products amazing, but their customer service and packaging is wonderful as well. I think the texture and colors of the packaging gives me such a good vibe! Thank you, BIOHM!

I've been using the Healthy greens and pro/prebiotic capsules, and after a few days I feel loads better. My energy throughout the day has increased, and I'm able to get more done. My sleep has also improved. I'm usually someone who wakes up 2-3 times per night, but lately I've been staying asleep and getting my full rest.

I have been taking BIOHM for about One year now! I am so blessed that I came across these products I take my super greens every single day they have completely changed my life as cliché as that might sound it is very true!!! I got my gallbladder removed about two years ago and I was constipated and bloated all the time the only thing doctors wanted to give me what his medication which I refused to take! I cannot say this enough gut health is very important! Within days of taking my greens I was able to get my period and have a regular bowel movement! 🙌🏽😩 This is why I say these products are a blessing in my life and not only in mine but in my children every time my two-year-old daughter sees me shaking them up she says I want some LOL Please stop hesitating and invest in your house and in BIOHM!! You will NOT Regret it! And a major plus they taste DELICIOUS!!!!

I started taking the prebiotic and probiotic combo about a month ago and I can actually tell a difference rather than taking a probiotic by itself! My digestion has improved and I'm finally more regular which in turn gives me more energy! Highly recommend combining these two powerhouse supplements.

I have been using the probiotic and super greens for a little while now and the probiotic really helps me digest and calm my stomach and the super greens definitely help me digest and make me feel like I’ve cleansed myself overall I love these products to take daily even though I only have the sample sizes the super greens have lasted me a while now unfortunately I’m out of my probiotic but I love the products they are really helpful for me !

I LOVE BIOHM probiotics. I have been taking them for 3.5 years now, and going a few days without them definitely makes a difference. I was having some pretty bad digestive issues / stomach upset prior to taking BIOHM probiotics, and I swear they fixed me within 1-2 weeks. I tried a few other probiotics prior to BIOHM, and I felt like they made things worse. I will never go back!
