I placed an order and paid for some peptides. After 3 weeks i contacted them to ask where my order was. They sent a photo saying it had been delivered. Not even my front door in the picture. I replied and they told me to contact post office, even though my contract is with them and it is not fulfilled until I am in receipt of the goods. Their customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. they just simply put the responsibility of delivery on to the customer. No offer of replacement or refund. "DO NOT" order from these crooks, unless you want to lose your money.

Horrible experience. They got my order wrong, then wrong address. Over a month later i got my order and it was wrong. Then they tried to hit my debit card for full amount after i had paid.

I am extremely satisfied with my order. The products are of outstanding quality, the customer service is exceptionally friendly, and the delivery was very fast. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

After trying several UK suppliers of 5-Amino-1MQ, Biolab has clearly been the most reliable.

Before finding them, I purchased the same product from an Amazon seller and two other UK companies. Unfortunately, the quality from those sources was extremely poor and I had to request refunds. The capsule size, powder colour, and overall presentation simply didn’t match what you would expect from a properly dosed product.

Biolab’s version was completely different.

Using their 5-Amino-1MQ alongside an intermittent fasting protocol in 2025, I experienced very noticeable results and lost over 4 inches from my waist in a relatively short period of time. It really reinforced the idea that in this space, you get what you pay for.

Every interaction with the team has been clear and professional, and based on my experience I’m genuinely grateful for the standards they maintain.

Don’t waste your money

In November I placed an order with Biolabshop. Shortly after, my credit card was used in other countries for suspicious transactions in restaurants and casinos. My bank confirmed that my credit card details were leaked.
I almost never use my credit card, only for Biolabshop. This makes it very clear to me where this data breach came from. When I searched online, I also found that I am not the only one: many other customers who ordered between November 2025 and January 2026 reported exactly the same issue and suffered hundreds of euros in damages.
I do not know whether this was an unintentional data breach or something else, but under European law (GDPR), a company is required to inform its customers within 72 hours in case of a data breach. Biolabshop did not do this. This makes them responsible for the damages in my opinion, and I expect to be compensated.
I have sent two emails about this issue and have received no response for more than 10 days. Via WhatsApp I do get replies, but the person who responds is disrespectful, avoids my questions and sounds angry. The worst part is that they are lying. When I asked if they were aware of the data breach, they said no, while I have proof that other customers already complained about this and that Biolabshop even replied to some of those reviews on Trustpilot. So they clearly knew about it, but denied it to me.
To be fair, the products were eventually delivered to me. I see in other reviews that for some people this does not happen, but in my case everything arrived. However, delivery usually takes around 14 days, not the 2–4 days that are promised.
About the quality of the products, I cannot say much. So far I have not noticed much effect. Some people say they receive placebos or even water, but I cannot confirm or deny that.
In summary: I strongly advise avoiding this company. They lie, do not take responsibility, have very poor and disrespectful customer service, and handle customer privacy and credit card data extremely irresponsibly. This is a company I will never use again.

I placed an order on this website, but it has still not been shipped. It has already been two weeks. Customer support does not respond to emails or phone calls. They replied with just one word on WhatsApp and then stopped responding.

Stay away from these scammers. The websites are fake. They are actually based in Poland, although the company claims to be registered in the United Kingdom

The product is great so far, BUT when I tried to pay with my (never-before-used credit card), someone tried to pay for many online services with my card a few days later (Uber Eats, Lyft, etc.), and as I said, it's a brand new credit card... Very, very suspicious! If you have a security issue in your payment process, I will definitely never order anything again!
