Deceptive subscription practices
I wanted to try their products and purchased a 3 month supply. At no time did their website indicate that I was signing up for a subscription. Product is no better than a much cheaper probiotic. When I tried to return the subscription order, I was told that subscription items are not eligible for returns. I did have 3 different agents confirm that my subscription is canceled going forward. We'll see what happens in late December.
