My experience with Biomesight has been truly great.
I've just gotten my results and am very impressed with the amount of information in the report.
I live in a country with more shipping and customs hurdles and the Biomesight Customer Service team has been exceptionally helpful. Efficient, effective and friendly. I highly appreciate it and will continue to use and recommend their products and services.

Amazing analysis of gut microbiota
The analysis of the sample was fast (only 3 weeks), but what is the best surprise is how incredibly detailled are the final results.
There are many health areas covered linked to gut microbiota: neurotransmitters, toxins, detoxification, nutrients, permeability, etc.
Plus, for each bacteria that needs improvement or removal (pathobionts) there are recommandations not only of useful food, but dietary supplements, including probiotics and prebiotics.
I also was able to add my naturopath (who works with Biomesight) so that she could direclty see the results and work with me to improve my gut microbiota.
This service is simply perfect, consider that there are other services and options included, very useful too.

Better sampling advice appreciated
Liked the detail of the report and explanatory videos.
Would like to hear about any trends noticed in the Long COVID cohort.
Would have liked better sampling advice - I'm not sure we provided a representative sample. Would love to have another go but can't justify the cost.

We are also planning further content and features relating to our work with long covid, so please check back regularly.

I'm not sure why you were not able to register but for next time, there's also a QR code on the kit ID card that you can scan which means that the ID does not need to be entered manually.

They are working on moving the mocrobiome world to a perzonalized medicine.
Offered a discount for a research purpose use of their kit and provided them very quickly.
Also the results are very accurate, providing both: an easy reading based on actual reasearch for basic users; and a complete responce for doctors and researcher.
I can only spend good words for them given my positive experience.

The test is good and has a lot of info and using it online is good. It's difficult to know how to share this data with a practitioner who doesn't have/want an account. The html version is too long and includes too much like the supplements and food recommendations are unnecessary on a pdf. It would be nice to have a shorter version to be able to share more easily.

Dear Sarah, thank you for your feedback! We have taken it onboard and have just released an update which reduces the pages in the PDF report from 120 to 50 pages. We know this is still too long for a busy practitioner and we are also working on a "Physician exception summary", which essentially will highlight the main problem areas if any is present. Amazing test. Good price point. Tons of info. Also AMAZING customer service and receptivity to feedback. I asked about them offering a more streamlined pdf printout option for results, and they reached out right away and offered to make that available.

You can also access it directly from your browser on your mobile – we have adapted the majority of the results screens to render well on mobile already. Are there any particular screens that you find difficult to navigate on your mobile?
Also, sorry about all the supplements making the PDF so long – we can work on making a version without it available.

Not disappointed. Very comprehensive breakdown, easy to navigate webpage, good quality videos to help with understanding and knowledge (could do with a few more).
Could do with suggested supplement suggestions by country (in UK being suggested US suppliers) but still an excellent feature of the site.

We have started discussions with a provider of supplements in the UK that would also cover EU and the rest of the world, so hopefully this integration is something we can make available to our customers at some stage. Unfortunately from a tech perspectives we couldn't find providers with APIs ready for us to use to integrate with like Fullscript in the USA and CA. We might also consider workarounds that doesn't require full integration.
