ALCOA+ course review
Content organized and easy to understand. However, trying to go back on the videos to take notes was quite complicated. I had to go back to a previous section then advance to the current section to find the video I was looking for.

Questions were tricky not necessarily content based
rather they were semantically twisted. Test my knowledge not whether I discern your language gymnastics. That really made me angry!!

Course Content did not match final exam
The cGMP Pharmaceutical CAPA course's curriculum did not line up with the exam. The inability to verify understanding after passing the test was the other problem. I had to retake the test three times, and I'm still unsure of my results. I gained no new knowledge from this course that I didn't previously know.

Sorry to hear about your experience with our CAPA course. This course is a part of our core GMP training program, and usually gets very high reviews from students. I understand your frustration with the assessment questions not being revealed. This is our most common complaint from students. Some of our courses do provide this information. However, it is best practice not to reveal answers in certification programs, as they tend to get published and shared among coworkers. This is what we are trying to avoid with our core GMP certification program.
Regarding alignment between the assessment and course materials, we aim to have everything in our assessments presented in the course materials. Based on your review, I have opened a ticket to review this course and the assessment, to be sure they are aligned. If this is not the case, I apologize.

Easy to digest, effective information. Only critique is personally I believe this is more of an Introductory class rather than Intermediate as the "Qualified Personnel" mentioned in this training would know this information.

The overall experience was good
The overall experience was good. However, they could have offered 2 extra modules for free during the trial period. It was a bit disappointing. Orelse they could have given access to first 2 modules but I had access only for 1st and 4th module which made me confused during the training program as I never had access to the 2 and 3rd module it was difficult for me to understand the 4th one.
