Definitely a great and amazingly successful experience all around! I have reached a weight that I had completely given up on ever seeing again. I feel self-confident and that decades-long obsession I had with being "fat and ugly" has completely disappeared. No more pulling on shirts and immediately trying to stretch them out so that my gut is "hidden"!
