Very disappointed

I was excited to try P3-OM to get my gut health back into order after taking antibiotics. It came very highly recommended. I started it the day I got it, following the directions on the bottle, and all seemed ok. On the 2nd day I was having some slight stomach cramping after every dose of it. After taking it for 4 days I began having intense stomach pains after I would take the pills, during digestion. I decided to discontinue use of them and feel so much better, all symptoms subsided. Customer Service was wonderful and so kind when I called to let them know what happened.

Overall great products that actually work and great customer service, I have never been happier dealing with a customer service rep. Website is kind of annoying to navigate and feels click-baity. Overall 5 stars because the products are great and the customer service is excellent.

I have been taking your products for…

I have been taking your products for the last couple of months. In fact, last week I finished my 7th week of taking your Magnisium suppliment. I am in my maintenance period & still have a bottle left. I am now taking about six of your other suppliments. I am delighted with the scientific data you have provided us with your book. Although, I am not sure as of yet, what kind of result I am getting, I am continuing with my doses. I don't know how to measure my success with it. I am just impressed with the quality of your products. And, I am hoping it will eventually will show in my wellbeing. Keep up with the good work. Thank you!!

Have been taking the Bloodsugar…

Have been taking the Bloodsugar Breakthough, P3OM and the Mass Zymes for only a couple of weeks. Noticed some minor benefits such as quicker wound healing, fewer facial blemishes and less attraction to sugar, so I will reorder just to give these products a fair shot and then we'll see.

7-in-one magnesium complex

The 7-in-one magnesium complex does help assure a good night's sleep. I've not noticed any other differences, but expect this is long-term protection building up against future problems. Must admit I was taken aback by the suggestion of how many capsules to consume in order to "get up to speed", or if one had a particular kind of difficulty that extra magnesium could address. At 6 capsules per day I'd use three bottles per month and would use up discretionary cash quite soon.

Fantastic supplement!

Fantastic! Delivered on time. I felt incredibly better the very next morning after my first day taking this supplement. Great sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and with a happy, cheerful mood. Best results I have had with any single supplement I’ve used. Magnesium “Breakthrough” is outstanding, in my opinion, and makes it to my top list of “must have” supplements. It’s only been 3 weeks and I see better improvement in muscle tone and development. Mostly, I just feel good again. Magically, muscle and joint stiffness have disappeared. That alone makes me feel 30 years younger. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to look and feel better.

Non-Existent Customer Service!

I ordered the Magnesium supplement and took advantage of the upsell discount for additional bottles which makes the product almost affordable. I was charged sales tax in error as my state (Texas) does not charge tax for supplements. I tried the chat to get the tax refunded. I waited over 15 minutes for an agent to come online. When they did, they asked several questions which I answered only to be told that this could not be resolved over chat so I should email the correct department. I called to try to speak to a human being in customer service. I was on hold over 15 minutes again and was told I had to send an email because this was the ONLY way to get my issue resolved. I asked the rep how long I should expect to wait for a response. She said if not today (Monday) then tomorrow. I did not get a response. I have sent the email 3 times. It is Thursday now and still nothing. They also consider printing a shipping label as an order being “shipped”. My order was “shipped” Wednesday morning at 5:30am but 30 hours later, FedEx still doesn’t have the package. This seems disingenuous at best. Like many other reviewers have stated, the customer service is terrible. They refuse to speak with customers or answer customer emails but I am receiving DAILY emails about their program to encourage sales of additional products. Even if I wanted to order again, I refuse to overpay when it is next to impossible to get the tax refunded! This is a simple programming issue that could be easily resolved but then they couldn’t pocket the extra money. They seem to prefer taking what doesn’t belong to them and forcing customers to jump through hoops while they ignore them until they give up and decide it’s not worth the trouble. Too bad...because I believe they have good products. They just have bad customer service and a shady company running their payment process.

Update 4/16: After several emails and phone calls, I finally managed to get someone to refund the tax to my card. I had to reach out again about the fact that my order never left the dock on Wednesday when they said that it had shipped. I finally got a notification that FedEx had picked up my order Friday evening at 5:30. A full 60 hours after it had “shipped” and 5 days after I placed my order! Regardless of the company’s response, the facts speak for themselves.
