Orders (2) Never arrived

Ordered in Dec - order never showed. Forgot I ordered (because it took sooo long) ordered again in January - neither ordered showed up but tracking changes daily to be the next day... You call in they say it should be here in a few days.... I might believe them but the exact same thing happening with 2 orders. I believe they are taking our money and hoping you will forget. 2 $100 ORDERS, nothing has arrived.

I used to think this was a great…

I used to think this was a great company however I’m beginning to have my doubts. They’ve become such a hit that it now takes 2 week to get an order which is ridiculous for the amount of money the charge. I’ve been greatly disappointed with this last order and how it was handled. They convince you by making you think the the only company out there that has such superb products. I am going to look into other companies. You can also get these on Amazon now. And you get them much quicker but the fee is slightly higher in top of an already high price. I’ve been using these products for a long time and I’m not sure if I will continue.

Amazing product and customer service

I don't know what I like the most. The product for sleeping is amazing as well as the magnesium. The customer service is spot on and I couldn't be happier. It takes a while to get your order but that is not their fault.

The product Magnesium Breakthrough costs too much.

The product Magnesium Breakthrough did not overwhelm me but seemed to help my body feel better. Wither this was psychosomatic or real is still a question in my mind leaving me to wonder if other magnesium supplements were just as effective for half the price (after researching the different types of Mg). What concerns me is that Mg Breakthrough does not account for the amount of each type of Mg only to say that it is a "proprietary" blend which could mean anything. I found a different brand of Mg complex with most of all the different types as Mg Breakthrough has but was 1/4 the price. What made me switch was the ridiculous price of BiOptimizers products, and when I called to place a repeat order and attempted to negotiate a deal that was previously offered (6 for the price of 5), I was brushed off and they wouldn't budge. When I told them that they had just lost a repeat customer, they could care less. No call back - nothing except crickets. So I don't do business with them anymore.
In addition, I am expected to recall the date of this failed negotiation with BiOptimizers? It was mid 2023, how's that?

It took 2 weeks for them to pack and…

It took 2 weeks for them to pack and sip my $350 purchase. When it finally arrived after 4 days of complaining, I have followed their, "blue print," and have thus far not noticed any changes other than my bank account having $350.00 less then what I need. Their customer service is awful and my coach doesn't do a thing. Do not buy any of their products.

Your order won't turn up, and they dont keep a record of your purchase

Have been ordering from this company for about 6 months. On my most recent order, the products didnt turn up. I emailed their support team and was told none of my details were in their system (despite being a return customer). I have now spent the last week back and forth with their customer support team trying to convince them that I have in fact ordered products from them (despite the fact i've provided order number, email address etc.)

I suspect its because they have farmed out UK operations to a 3rd party distributor - but thats not an excuse. I'm now out of pocket and have wasted a ton of time

Literally the WORST Company and Customer Service!

Literally the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered 5 bottles, and they did not come for a month. I contact the company, and they tell me they sent the order, but when you look at the tracking it says that it's still stuck with their shipping partner!

They then mail me out the order FINALLY, and it arrives 2 weeks later. The company offered NO COMPENSATION, and said I CAN RETURN THE VITAMINS TO THEM. Helllooo. RED FLAG anyone!? You are quite possibly receiving returned vitamins! Who knows what people do to these before they get to you.

But my main issue here is how the company didn't even offer to refund my order AND have me keep the shipment, considering it's a month later and they screwed up. I'll also add that I had a subscription with them, and had one previous order delivered. I guess they have never heard of customer loyalty.

Stay away from this company! It seems as if this whole company is outsourced outside of the USA as everyone I speak to if foreign and I can barely understand them. They do not have the capability to handle any customer concerns, only for you to place purchases!

I'm so upset that I listened to Dhru Purohit podcast and took his referral about this company. Clearly he's just getting paid by advertisers to sell crap to his listeners!

Unethical by my morals.

I have heard good things about their products but I find their order process to be unethical. Ordered and paid for a product. I was then sent to a page indicating that there was an intermediary step necessary to complete my order. On the page were add on supplements and no way to indicate I did not want anything to complete my order. In other words, is seemed like I had to order another product to complete my order.

On top of that there was a message on top of the page saying my shipment would be shipped within 12 hours. Not sure if that meant after I completed my order or not. I then contacted customer service via chat. They told me there was a 24 hours hold on all order. It would not be shipped in the next 12 hours.

I simply find these tactics to be unethical and just don't do business with companies that pull this garbage. Products may be great but I don't think I trust their products if they are willing to be unethical in other areas.

My last package of Nootopia Nootropics World Domination package with I paid 399 U.S dollars one buy once with my credit card at their Nootopia website, (Anvisa, brazilian FDA), didn´t autorize the package to enter Brazil and get delivered to my address. Or Bioptimizers talks with their lawyers and come here to Brazil with their lawyers and resolve these custom laws with Anvisa and brazilian customs or I think that I have to move to the USA to buy their products inside the USA. But moving to Brazil to the USA is a very difficult issue, especially envolving money. I´ve been a loyal customer from Bioptimizers since the year 2005. I e-mail their support team and they don´t answer my e-mails.

Horrible customer service

This company has excellent products and the world's worst customer service. It took three calls to place an order as the phones did not work properly. I waited three weeks only to discover today that the order had been cancelled due to a change in their system. I'll find another source for these products.

I dont think I will be buying it again

Every batch is different and drives me crazy, last bottle i have purchased was amazing I just had benefits, bottle before that was giving me allergic reactions.
I just have purchased another one from amazon like two weeks ago and this one is giving me allergic reactions again. My throat is literally closed today. I don't think I will be buying again, cant explain why I'm reacting differently to each bottle other than they don't have proper quality control. I don't think I will be buying anything again from Bioptimizers.
