Great product, started noticing a difference after a few days, product is a five star. The amount of time to get more product is the only downfall. I ordered more after learning that the product works. But I will run out before my new shipment shows up. I understand the issues the company is facing but its still a hurdle as a customer.

When I mistakenly thought I hadn't received my product, your customer service was quick to email me back with someone ready to help me fix my problem.
A replacement was sent out within a day.

The information they share is legit and very helpful as well. I am a very happy customer.

If I’m being honest, their retail website is a bit round about to deal with and the frequency of the emails is a bit annoying.

Other than that, I’m very grateful to have found this company. They have helped the way I feel daily!

Everything is great ! You guys even remembered to ship my order in a box this time, I appreciate alot. Because FedEx destroyed the paper package that you guys shipped it in last time. I gave 4 stars instead 5 only because there isn't a choice to choose in Canadian dollars. So that before you click on your order you already have an idea of what the total would be in Canadian dollars. That way your not guessing what the total amount will be. I think people would be more willing to order if you put that exchange rate in.
