DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could rate this company a 0 Star I would. What an ordeal. I placed an order for two bottles. I received the two bottles for which I was charged $15 and $28.98 for a total of $43.98. I have no idea why they split the charge unless it was so they could later claim they only made one of them. I contacted the company to inquire how to return the products. They said I could return the bottles for a full refund. Meanwhile I received two more bottles for which I was not charged. I returned all four bottles to the company. Per the pkg tracking they received them on February 10th. I had been charged on January 20th. They finally refunded me $15 in March. I am still trying to get the remainder of my refund. Even though I sent them the email they sent me documenting the charges they continue to say they did not charge me the $28.98. I have been back and forth with them since January. At one point I was asked how I determined I had received four bottles. 😤 I have told them over and over I am not asking for a refund for 4 bottles. I only what a refund for what I was charged. Save yourself the headache, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The company has replied to this review and provided me with the same email, for which I have been corresponding with since January. I have exchanged emails with Joshua and Jacqueline, many, many emails. I have not gotten any satisfaction whatsoever and have little faith that will change. They have denied the second charge. The bottom line is I ordered two bottles. They charged me a total of $15 and $28.98 for a total of $43.98. That included a $3.99 shipping charge. I returned the unopened bottles for a refund. They refunded me $15 but have not refunded me the remainder of the charge. I don’t even care if they deduct the shipping fee from the remainder of my refund. I have given up hope I will receive the remainder of my refund but I will continue to warn future customers anywhere and everywhere I get the chance.

The real deal!

I’ve used it before and stopped. The good thing was I didn’t have discomfort in my body for a month and a half before the inflammation started up again and I thought that was interesting. I tried another Turmeric brand and it didn’t work, went back to this company and within a few days the inflammation had settled down and I could move freely again. I’m really impressed with this company.

We want to reassure you that we would never intentionally process an order or payment without a customer’s authorisation. In some cases, this can happen if a subscription was selected during checkout. This option appears clearly above the “Add to Cart” button and states:
“Save 20% with automatic refills – Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime.”
This means a repeat order is scheduled automatically, but it can always be managed or cancelled at any time through the customer portal.

That said, we completely understand that this may not have been your intention, and we sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused.

Regarding your refund, we’re very concerned to hear that you feel it was not processed. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we would like to urgently investigate this for you and resolve it properly. Sometimes refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank, but we want to confirm exactly what happened in your case.

Regarding the subscription, we’d like to clarify this transparently. The subscription option is selected during checkout via a clearly visible banner located just above the “Add to Cart” button, which reads:
“Save 20% with automatic refills – Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime.”
This is designed to give customers the benefit of savings and convenience, but we completely understand how it may have been overlooked.

That said, there is absolutely no extra charge for being on a subscription, it simply schedules a monthly shipment of the same product as your original order. Customers have full control over this through their personal customer portal, which can be accessed via the “Manage Subscription” tab at the top of our website. From there, subscriptions can be easily modified or cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, no further orders or charges will occur.

We never want anyone to feel locked into something unintentionally, and we’re always here to help manage or cancel this on your behalf if needed, just send us an email and we’ll take care of it promptly.
