I placed a small test order for $155 at Biosyncsolutions. The order and payment were accepted. After payment was received, I was informed that a minimum of 4 boxes was required for shipment. This requirement was not mentioned before payment. I requested either shipment of the original order or a refund. The company later confirmed that my payment was non-refundable because it had already been used to process the order. As a result, my original order was not shipped and no refund was provided. Based on this experience, I would advise potential customers to clarify all minimum order requirements before sending payment.
